Ordered jeans a size 38 x 32. They sent me a 36x32. Refunded, less the cost of their postage to me !!! I declined a return sticker as I wanted to ensure the trousers arrived with them the next day. Whoever S. B is......the person who checked and signed the dispatch should get a rocket.

£8.59 to return a top which was nothing like the colour on the website. Described as liquorice in colour, try dark brown. I don't mind paying for returns when asking for a refund, but to deduct money from my payment and pay for returns label totalling £8.59 Far to costly to use you again especially when the item was not as described.

Very disappointing. Placed an order which was then "lost". Had to continually chase Stuart's for an update. Still waiting for a re-fund. All the while my money is sitting in Stuart's bank account earning interest. Nice one.

I bought a pair of Nike my fried he says Stuart’s London it’s very good but now I change even his mind... I received my pair of shoes and in one was missing the inside base. I was waiting 3 days for order and when I received I was unhappy.

Appalling service. Charged for delivery having advertised it was free. Despite acknowledging I’m due a refund, Stuart’s are refusing to repay me due to my negative comments on social media.

Dear Simon, Under our terms and conditions which are clearly highlighted on the website. We offer a free UK delivery on all orders , providing the minimum spend of £75 is reached. On the top of the screen where it reads 'Free Delivery on all orders over £75' - if you click this text , all terms are displayed for your to read. Once again on the check-out, the delivery charge will only display £0.00 if it's free , at the point of purchase , you can see this is not the case. Your order basket shows £3.95. - If the item was over £75 then this would have been £0.00 in the delivery charge field. At this point you have the choice to continue or not with a purchase. If you were not sure we are contactable by email or directly on the phone, to offer assistance within business hours. Other comments : A message was sent on our Twitter account over the weekend with your concerns , unfortunately no one manages this account over the weekend, tweets do go out from our side, but this is done on an automation that have been set-up during the weekday for the weekend alone. A response was sent back to you on the Monday as soon as we had read your comment and were back in the office. So really nothing was ignored as you have suggested over social media so far on numerous occasions. As a matter of good will we offered to refund your £3.95 as you felt we had mislead you through our marketing. We are not in agreement with you on this and have the right to our own opinion too based on true facts. However to put an end to a baseless argument we decided its best to offer you the £3.95 if that what would make you happy. Yes also, we asked you in a polite email if you could remove all the negative comments you have been posting over social media, as we actually haven't done anything wrong, but would be happy to offer you a free postage , even though you are not actually entitled to it. We also stated that - if you carried on posting negative reviews, about Stuarts , which didn't hold any true basis , we would have not choice but to pass on to our legal to team. This still stands and we thank you for all your posts as this gives us great evidence now to pass on to our legal team regarding your quotes and defamation of our business. Lastly , we have noticed your screen size on the screen shot you sent us , although our website is responsive to most screen sizes, we noticed that on your screen the Free Delivery feature under the header does not display in Full. As you are in portrait mode on your phone, perhaps try turning it to hold landscape would display better. We have uploaded an example of a recent screen shot taken from a standard screen galaxy phone. You will see all the characters in the text display in full. I would like to return these sneakers. Although appearing very stylish, the Tongue of the sneaker is too soft and flaps forward exposing my ankles. The sneaker is not very comfortable as well. But Im mostly disappointed that it is not at all hi-top as it appears. I would like to retun the item hut cannot find the email with the Return slip information.

I ordered a jacket online and had next day delivery, I then had to contact them 2 days later to see where the order was, i was then told that the delivery company had lost the parcel and they would refund me. When I asked if they could just sent me the another of the same item i was told they were out of stock. So more than likely I was sold an item that they were already out of stock of and then told the courier company have lost it. Very Poor.

Took my order but item out of stock. This has happened to me before. What makes matters worse is the length of time taken to process the refund. Currently 9 days and still waiting. Don’t think I’d bother again

Wrong color sent then said had right ones kept for me then email and said they haven't obviously never did in the first place not impressed after a call saying they would keep the right colour while I return the said item so annoyed one upset teenager 😡

Courier made a couple of abortive delivery attempts last week and then appeared to deliver to wrong address Raised issue with courier & payment company - waiting to hear when delivery will be rescheduled Happy to do further review when item is successfully delivered

Watch arrived and does not work. I paid £250 to only now have to go and have to pay for a new battery for a brand new watch. I do not plan on purchasing anything from your website again. Very disappointed

Incredibly unprofessional customer service. Sent me the wrong size because they didn't know how to convert between euro and Uk sizes. I had to prompt them to check the warehouse for my size, and explain how to convert sizes. Then they asked I return the item before checking whether my size was in stock. Given that this was their mistake, I find it appalling they didn't even refund the initial delivery fee. Won't shop there again.

When purchasing the item it said free delivery but when I return the item for a refund I was charged 4.95 for delivery and also had to pay 3.80 to send it back feel like I’ve been ripped by £8.75 just because item didn’t fit properly. Never again

Item was described as regular fit when it clearly isn’t. Then when I go to return it as it’s too small, I find that there is no free returns (poor compared to competitors) I then read their terms which reckon I can’t have a refund on a sale item (my statutory rights say I can, but clearly they are trying it on). I’ve kept the item and will sell it on.
