I got charged for postage on the item. The item wasn't suitable and i had to pay additional costs to return the item and now i am being told i won't get the original postage costs you charged me!!

Waiting for my order to get delievered for 10 days now. No one knows what went wrong. I am not updated and the service team could not say anything but promising to reach out to courier. Disappointing service.

Not happy with the product at all it came faulty so need to send back for a refund, as you can see the rubber band that should go the full way round the circle for the goggle isn’t there therefor making it impossible to put back in place

Terrible company,ordered a Paul & shark t-shirt off them only to find when it arrived had a mark on it,which isn’t there fault but I sent it back for them to exchange it,only to be sent the same one back,how unprofessional is that! First time I’ve used these and it will be the last,avoid at all costs!

I bought this speaker for the sole reason of using Alexa but with a better sounding speaker. After testing out the sound, I was a little disappointed with the bass. The clarity is nice but very little bass response, sound is mostly focused on the midrange frequency but very little bass. Overall sound is ok, I can live with it. My main disappointment is I’ve had this for a week now and I’m still trying to get this to work with Alexa, since that’s the only reason for me getting this speaker. Customer support is only by email so a question will be answered the next day at the earliest or possibly two working days. So if when my question is on a Friday, my earliest response is on Monday. I just want this to work already, I feel it’s too much trouble and if I can’t get it working by this week, I might as well return it and get the echo. For now I can only rate this a one star. I just want this to work.

Dear Bobby We are open on Saturday 9am to 2pm closed on Sunday & bank holidays , as you are aware , a customer service agent called you , and talked you through the step by step guide on how to install Alexia on your speaker. Your question was asked in the evening of Friday and we got back to you on Saturday, not sure why this review is written. Kind Regards Trevor.

I BOUGHT AND PAYED FOR A PAIR OF SHOES 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THEM IN DUBLIN.

Shambles. Blamed Royal Mail for non delivery but Royal Mail say they never received the goods. Now order cancelled.

They had a headphone advertised for close to 50% off and after I had purchased and had been sent confirmation that it was on its way, they tell me it was a mistake on their website so they are going to refund my money. Dissapointed with the false advertising

Item received one week ago, damaged. I emailed as soon as it arrived and have still heard nothing. The item has since been returned and I have still not had a response to my initial email. Appalling customer service.

Dear Sir, As soon as you alerted us there was an issue with your purchase, we sent you a free returns label. I can see another one was sent on the 1st Oct, we apologise if the first email of the returns label may not have been received. Please check you Spam mail in case it has filtered in to there. Verry verry poor! Spend a very good amount of money and still not recieve my package, and it's now allready two weeks from my order! (Till now, never takes longer than 7-9 days when I bought something from England...) Than, because I am a customer from one of the EU countries, at checkout I recieve Plus 10 Pounds of ''exchange'' fee to pay (this hapens to me first time now, and I'm buying my clobber only Online and in 99% from England, Scotland and something like this happens to me only at Stuarts...). And ofcourse I was not get a FREE delivery as they says on their online store, though I was spend a very very good amount of money... It's really shame, beacuse Stuarts is one of my favourite ones.
