Charged for shipping due to items not being shipped together. Sent wrong size shoes (different L & R) only noticed when worn for an hour thinking new shoes = need wearing in and given an online gift voucher for my troubles!! Currently looking for a person with different size feet to gift them to! Won't use again (Now waits for excuses)

Stuarts charge too much for delivery Should use a cheaper company such as Hermes They do not offer free returns When you return an item they deduct postage charge plus on top of that customer has to pay return postage Sizing is rubbish I've been wearing medium clothes all of my life. Bought a hugo boss zippy and it was very very baggy compared to normal clothes. This should have at least been stated in the description

I ordered 4 pairs of Nudies jeans and only received 3 of them. I wondered why the packaging was smaller than I would expect and now I know why. I have sent them an email and still waiting for a reply.

I placed my order before 3pm with next day delivery on Tuesday. The parcel was not even sent out until the Wednesday which is when it should have been delivered. I was given a full refund however when you need and are promised a parcel a specific day for which you have paid extra postage for that guarantee, a full refund was not really good enough. I will not use Stuarts again and would recommend people try grants1856 instead.

Paid for next day delivery and placed my order by 3pm. Order wasn't despatched until the following day due to arrive 48 hours after ordering. If I could award 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking service. Will not use Stuart's again.

Ordered a jacket as size 46 but it came as a 56 (said so on the label), advised that this was EU sizing and it was my fault, even though it didn't state that on the product page. I had to cover the cost of initial delivery and returning the product.

THE item was wrong size wrong colour . I then had to photograph the labels of the wrong item email it to you post it back . To time consuming

Dear Marie We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will be investigating this further to see why basic labels where not correctly read by the picker and packer in the logistic warehouse. As you are aware the issue has been resolved , as we had the item collected and exchanged as soon as we were alerted about the mix up in size. Kind Regards Trevor

Dear Sir We are sorry about your experience. However you did purchase a Next Day Mon-Fri delivery service. You order came after our cut-off time of 3pm on Thursday. So the package would have been shipped on Friday morning. Due to the weekend this is why you received the parcel on Monday. At checkout a delivery time estimation is given according to each delivery service, which you may have missed. We do also offer a Saturday and Sunday Delivery service. Dear Sir Apologies for delay , we haven't sold to Chile before , and it seems you needed to provide us with a Tax ID for your own customs. I ordered a leather jacket, money was taken and on the day it should have been delivered I got an email to say it wasn't in stock, not a great experience. Although refund was handled promptly.

Dear Sir, We are sorry but there was a mix up in stock levels showing in stock. Due to a barcode error made in the warehouse, the jacket showed in stock, however it was already sold out quite some time ago. Another product with a similar code was added to the system, but to the wrong jacket , the one you wanted to purchase. On trying to pull your order we realised the mistake with barcodes and hence informed you the next morning. Apologies once again , for any inconvenience caused to you. Kind regards Trevor

Item was a display stock and clearly defected. They were not helpful when I requested a pre-paid postage label so I can return the item. Highly NOT recommended
