Dear Sir South Africa is listed on the website as a 3-7 working day delivery period. Apologies for the delay I can see a weekend has fallen between your order dispatch time, please allow some extra time. A full tracking number is available in your account, and you can see the journey of your parcel so far. I ordered a sweatshirt online which was supposed to be a present. I received a call from Stuarts a few days later to say that they could not find the item in the size that I ordered.

Very surprised to be receiving these on the Monday after I placed the order late on a Friday night. Packaged very well and more than happy with the service. Will definitely be back to shop again.

It's been 2 weeks since my order and i havent receive it. It says that i need to confirm my address on a call, but nobody picks up the call at all. I have used my address in a lot of transactions, this is the only item that have problem in the address

Sent me an email to say my order is on its way and a tracking number it's still not arrived two days later and I can't track the parcel so basically bad communication

I am afraid I need to return both items and the process to return the items is a process defined in the dark ages. I am surprised I am not required to complete the form using back ink and to write with a quill.

Dear Sir We are sorry you find the returns procedure a little dated. You will be happy to know that the we are building a new area for returns which will allow you to log in to your account and select items being returned and print your own packing note to include in the box. However you will still need to use your own choice of delivery service to get the parcel back to us. For now you will need to download the form , print and include items on there that are being returned. Kind regards Customer Services

Ordered next day delivery, to be told on the day expected that it was delayed in transit (with no explanation except a sorry and no offer for a refund of next day delivery charge). Once received, the outer dpd package clearly looked as if it had either been opened and taped back up or shoddily packed. The box was battered and ripped as if it had been returned to the warehouse and not checked over before being sent out to another consumer. The shoes inside were in a mess they were literally just thrown in the box there was no packaging in the shoes they were as flat as a pancake (I was surprised to find spare laces). If I was in a store and received it like this I wouldn't necessarily complain as these things happen but by purchasing online I would expect a higher standard of service and considering this is a gift for somebody I'm appalled at the level of standards in which I received this package.

Hi - We do very much apologise about the bad experience. Unfortunately Novesta do not use the best shoe boxes , quite the opposite of a good cardboard structure. Hence why we always ship them inside another box. I have looked into the delivery and it seems it was delivered on the 20th and indeed should have been delivered on the 19th. A mess up by DPD - we sent the goods out on the 18th , and we rely on the courier to do as instructed from there on. We have refunded the next day delivery back to you, this should have been offered back by one of the staff when you called in as mentioned by you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused to you, as a matter of goodwill please do get in touch with us - regarding any future purchase , and we will make sure a good discount is offered on any full priced item and give us a chance to restore your faith back in Stuarts London. I received a email stating I had ordered a pair of shoes. It was my name mentioned but not my address contact number. I asked for the last numbers of the card to confirm someone hadn't used my card / cross reference with my bank and got no reply from them. Good work!

Dear Sir - after investigating , the last four digits of the card were not disclosed to you, as this order didn't belong to you. We have a customer with the same name as you , and his email ID is more or less very similar to yours also. He missed out some numerical digits on the email he inputed to his order, so the email matched yours and you instead received his order confirmation. I believe you received an email about this from customer services to explain all this. Kind Regards Trevor

I have not received my parcel and Royal Mail have said that they delivered to one of my neighbors instead of my address. Absolute waste of my money.

If you still don't have your parcel, please send us an e-mail to sales@stuartslondon.com and we will start a claim with royal mail on your behalf and Royal Mail will investigate this for you. Ordered shirt on the Thursday evening . Paid for Saturday delivery as I was due to were the item in question . So paid extra for Saturday delivery. I received two different emails from two different couriers . And know not a clue what has happened as I have still not received the clothing I had ordered.

We apologise - The Adidas Doom Trainers - sold out within minutes of release on our website. The system couldn't knock off the stock quick enough, and the amount of sales for the same shoe was overwhelmingly high.
