I would not recommend any dealings with this shoddy company. After not receiving one of the items I ordered and informing them, I was then accused of fraud and given the brush off. I eventually managed to get a refund as I had paid using my MasterCard. Stay well clear of them, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them!

I am absolutely appalled with the Service of Stuarts. Firstly my order was incorrect I asked for a size 9 & got a size 10 and on top of that shoe looked nothing like what it did on the website. I am most disappointed with the service I received from customer services. I felt like I was being disparaged by staff members who wouldn't let me explain myself & was passed to another colleague because the first person I was speaking to was too busy to deal with my call. Overall I will not be using Stuarts again & I would not recommend it to any of my family or friends due to the poor service provided. What a big disappointment as I am studying Styling & this is the first time I have ever felt discouraged with the industry.

Dear Carris Bird, Thanks for your comments , we take all comments seriously. I have checked into this matter and you ordered a UK size 9 in Bass Weejuns. These are USA made shoes. The box & shoes are marked 10 as the shoes are for the US market and hence the labelling on the box will be the same too. Note there is a size guide which will also explain the sizing on the shoes. Available on the website for you to investigate to help you select the correct size. I am sorry your purchase didn't go as planned and hope your career in styling goes well. Very very disappointed. The service, tracking and delivery are all first class, as is the belt. However, you have charged me £55 for the belt which is clearly bearing a printed price tag of £49.99. A breach of the selling acts.

Dear Sir, I have now looked into this, the belt you have received is indeed £55 as stated on the website. This particular belt has been incorrectly priced when we received repeat stock. Although all the barcodes had been changed, it seems this one may have been missed. However the fault was made on our part , so we will be more than willing to refund the amount of £5.00 to your account to put things right with you. I do hope this is satisfactory. Rating is probably for Royal Mail rather than Stuarts as they have failded to deliver.

I should qualify why I feel Stuarts should receive a Very Poor rating from me. It has nothing to do with the last items purchased, I am very happy with those thank you. This is to do with an item I purchased last year. A pair of Bass Wejjuns which due to what is, in my view, a manufacturing fault, unfit for use. I mailed in and received a polite, quick response asking me to take photos of the item and send in, this gave me hope. However I responded later asking for the address to send the photos into to be told because of the time I had had the shoes there was no possibility of a replacement. I know I have had the shoes over a year, I also know I have had 6/7 pairs before none of which have had a problem ,i also know I have worn these shoes less than a dozen times and this should not happen. I would like to sent these shoes back to you for a judgement, after you have inspected them you can give me your view on if I am being fairly treated in this matter. Till that happens you can no longer count me as a customer. Thank you Stewart.

Despite being advised on line that provided the order is made before 4pm, it will be delivered the next working day (which is today), and getting an email to advise that the order will be delivered today, it has not be delivered as promised. Very disappointed as I have stayed in all day waiting for it.....

Hi Thanks for your review, looking into the order , you didn't pay for a next day delivery. Your oder was placed on the 31st August and delivered on the 3rd Sept at 10.13am - The Website states that you will enjoy a free next day delivery for all uk orders when spending £100 or more. We write order by 4pm so we can send out the products the same day as all packages are picked up by 4.30pm Hope this explains matters. Kind Regards Hayden Customer Services Team

Not the sellers fault but the carrier in norway is now asking me for 50 pounds to release an item that cost 25 pounds, they are charging me tax on the postage. That means that i'm having to pay close to 100 pounds for a birthday present that now won't arrive until next week. Bad deal all round really. I'd consider changing the carrier if I was Stuarts.

Not your fault really bit the carrier for the goods sant 50 pounds off me to release a short that cost 25 pounds. I've noe ended up having to pay close to a hundred pounds for a birthday present that won't arrive until next week. Bad real all round really.

I don't know why, my order has been cancelled. I waited 3 days and after these 3 days, I've had received an e-mail with the cancel.lation. Why? I want to know the reason because my bank told me all was ok.
