bought these for my son for his birthday and the quality of these chino's is second to none! Great value and they look so good!

I ordered one pair of shoes 11 days ago; payment with PayPal was confirmed, and I have yet to see the shoes or be notified what is going on. I have contacted Stuarts London and PayPal.

Disappointed boots uncomfortable unwilling to assist because I have worn them - how am I suppose to check unless I wear them! Never purchase from them again

Ordered a pair of lois jeans 36 waist ,came to me about 2 sizes to small,then I ordered a bigger size and you didn't have them ,also when I ordered the jeans they were supposed to be straight leg and came to me skinny leg .. I then ordered a pair of 501 38 waist 30 leg ....and they turned up 38 waist 34 leg ..so I will have to pay to have them taken up now... Not to impressed with the service to be honest....Antony Curry

As an Australian customer I found Stuarts to be a rip off compared with other online sellers in terms of shipping. $19.95 initially, then I had to spend another $17 to return the item (which took a month!) when it was the wrong size (my mistake). Then when they didn't have the size I needed they wouldn't refund, only credit, meaning I'd have to order something else and pay another $19.95 postage! Thats $57 in postage for what will be a $60 item! I explained my situation but they refused to refund. Aussie buyers beware! Plenty of much better online options - ASOS etc. They really shouldn't sell to Australia if they can't be reasonable. Terrible customer service.

Shocking service!!!! My item got sent to another customer and I received theirs, I understand mistakes happen but the real issues started from here. I was then asked to print out a postage label and take it to the nearest post office, which I did. Once at the post office the label provided wouldn't scan so called Stuarts who said we can send another that "should work". After printing another postage label and another 15 minutes walk, in the rain on my lunch break, the second one also didn't work. I told them i'd had enough and to arrange collection of the item, which they then refused to do. I then offered to pay for the postage myself and they could send me the money, they agreed and I was paid back the postage. Despite doing this and trying to help out my original item wasn't sent out until they had confirmation the wrong item was in the post and en route to the original customer before my item was sent out - 7 days late. Still not received my item despite it apparently being on a pre 1pm guarantee.No discount or was offered whatsoever and it was expected that I waste my own time again and again. I honestly cannot believe the service from this company and will not be going no where near it again

Stuarts i don't have a problem with there service is excellent and my favourite shop to go to, it's DPD that's the problem still waiting for my items.

Decent company, disappointing product. Sizing for JS was way off. I have a number of JS products, I’m familiar with standard and Reg fit, but this was huge.

Ordered a couple things, 1st of all took nearly 2 months to arrive I believe as they had put Australia as the destination by mistake. Then the Boss t-shirt I ordered had a hair stuck inside of the paint. When I asked Stuart’s London if I bought another would I be able to get any discount as to return the item it would cost the same value as the t-shirt. They told me no and could only offer me a discount on full price items which did not help me as the t-shirt was on sale.

i sent the item back as style didnt suit ,that cost me £13(cheapest option from Roysl mail) .You then took back the free delivery cost out of my refund which was another £3.90 so total cost to ME £16.90 .This is unacceptable i feel and will not be using you again

I received the wrong item. Box was marked at the Chukka Hi Top. Inside was the Luther. It is unclear how I can be credited for the shipping of an item I did not order. Frustrated!

received my order in a unacceptable state. Box was badly damaged on the outside, jumper on the inside had 4 distinctive holes. returned my order on 19th December - it is now 7th Jan and im still waiting for my refund after being told numerous times they are 'in the process of doing it'.

I’m actually disappointed in my purchase from Stuart’s. I recently bought a pair of nudie jeans online that were on sale and got charged the regular price. I emailed about the discrepancy and have yet gotten a response back to resolve the issue of payment.

Not impressed at all with your service. I placed an order on Dec 15 for some boots and paid for next day delivery. They’re still not here and were a Christmas gift
