I think Stuarts London teamed with an irresponsible courier partner. Stuarts London itself was efficient enough to despatch purchased goods onorder #570765 (WEB570765) , but the DPD courier failed to deliver the goods between 20-21 September 2022 time slot, I have to rescheduling my timetable and stay home. When I contacted Stuarts office on 22 September the next day, they told me that my shoes will be delivered later that same day. Soon as I finished talking on the phone, I received an email message from Stuarts/Dandy of dpd.co.uk that I have asked them to change delivery date to Friday the day after. I called Stuarts office again and they insisted I have asked to cahnge the date of delivery which I have never done. When I ask them to cancel my order and stop the delivery, they told me I need to wait for the arrival of goods then send it back to them. I have to reschedule my timetable once more for another day until I received my shoes. I initially thought of returning the goods to Stuarts but consider all the hassles, I kept the shoes. I am totally not satisfied with Stuarts and I am not confident to shop with Stuarts again.

Placed a couple of online orders from here, first one, no issues at all. 2nd order placed Sunday 07/08/22, currently been waiting since the start of the week, no sign of the item still. Meant to be Tracked 48 service. Not tracked 96! At the very least I expect postage charges to be refunded. All I get is an excuse that Royal Mail are having issues. I've heard nothing about this and other orders from elsewhere are arriving as normal. I'm disappointed in the service this time. Probably won't buy from here again in fairness. I really dislike being fobbed off with excuses. I was told yesterday Friday 12th that a replacement would be sent out Tracked 24 service. You guessed it, due today and it's nowhere to be seen. Getting a bit mad now at this nonsense. I regret ever buying from these people. I've been given a £5 e-voucher to use on my account. What for? I'm never ever going to buy from here again so it's absolutely pointless crediting me that.

I've made prior checking with the helpdesk on the sizing & was affirmed with US sizing before ordering (Gramicci). Unfortunately, I received a smaller size which I guessed had been mistaken with Asian size. I have no option to exchange as the item is no longer in stock.

Nice products, but unfortunate return policy - would have cost me 60 bucks to exchange my product, which I needed because the shoes fit larger than average.

Next time do a better job in transparency. Offering a discount is great, but the duties that have to be paid when you're shipping to the EU require more visibility and checkboxes.

£8 down paying postage and packing both ways for a jacket that didn't fit. That's the downside of mail order I suppose. All very amicable, but another mail order disaster for me. Will be sticking to physical shops from now on.

Dissapointing purchase. Fred Perry taped t shirt had a hole in the back neck where the label was stitched in :( I would have returned it but I discarded the packaging it came in. Unfortunately I still have it, new with labels still attached. No good to anyone.

I ordered a pair of sandals which had a 20% code discount. The full amount was taken and I emailed twice but received no reply. I loved the sandals but so disappointed in service as they never replied.

Goods arrived quickly but were not what I was after, shape in photos was misleading. To return to store cost me £11 and then Stuarts took a further £4 off if the refund. Not good enough. First time I used them and last. I have never had any problems with stores like The End or Tessuti. Thanks but no thanks Stuart’s. Most expensive mistake I’ve made with online shopping.

Recently purchased a shirt online from them and when it arrived it had marks on the collar. Someone had even put a arrow sticker on collar highlighting the marks but it was still sent to me. Returned and awaiting a refund. .

I purchased a pair of boots and the same day I received them, they were on sale for $80 less. In short the (( I called overseas )) to get the difference and was told NO. I really feel that I got beat from one of my most favorite clothing spots. This would have been five stars however, with shipping it was just over a $100 difference.

I was recommended to Stuarts from a friend of mine here in the states (USA) who has had good things to say. Sadly my first and possible last experience was not so good. Being in America I expected my package to arrival to be delayed with customs and the holiday season. My package arrival time was not the issue. The issue was my package arrived damaged. My box was wet to the point it had lost its structured. Somebody put a completely wet box of boots into a completely dry box and sent it to me. Of course I received my package and was confused on not only what was going on but how it happened. I reached out to Stuarts via phone since I am in another country to get the problem resolved. The informed me that the mistake was not their doing, but since they are who I spent my money with I felt it was their responsibility none the less. They then informed me they would reach out to timberland and attempt to get a replacement box which I knew was not going to happen but went along with the attempt to make it right. To no surprise to me stuarts informed me they were unable to get a replacement box from timberland. They then informed me that they could offer me 15% off on the boots or I could return them. Being that it had already taken over a week to get the boots I figured it would take just along to return them and get my refund. I informed Trevor my concerns and felt that 15% was too low and thought 25% would be fair. Before coming to this number I checked their website and seen they were selling boots for 30-40% off so I figured 25% wasn't asking for too much. Knowing they would have to pay for return shipping and that they would have to try to resell the boots that were shipped damp without a box because the box they was shipped wet to the point of no use would be simpler to give a customer a better discount. At 243.00 Dollars you just have better expectations or the merchandise and the company you are spending your money with. If Stuarts would have been in driving distance I would have returned this stuff the day I got it but since its in another country and I liked the boots I just said forget and kept them. I would be cautious doing business with them in the future especially if you are from out of the country.
