Awful hotel, should not provide food substandard plus you have to queue an hour to get your food. Hotel more like a two star.

Book a holiday and a really nice Hotel then they tell me its £300 more expensive I’d say to go with on the beach ... they might be a tiny bit about £30 more expensive but in the end sunshine try to rip you off by trying You charge you £300 more

Once you have placed your order with Sunshine, you will receive an ‘Order Request’ email containing the details of your order summary. At this stage, your order has not yet been confirmed. Our system will then attempt to automatically book your order with the individual suppliers stated on your order summary. If all of the elements of your holiday are available at the price quoted on our website, your holiday will be booked and you will receive your ‘Booking Confirmation’ email. If, for any reason at all, our system cannot fulfil your request, your order will be set to pending and a member of our customer service team will call you to discuss your options. This may be caused by a fluctuation in flight prices or hotel availability changing at short notice. At this point, no money will be taken and you can choose to either cancel the booking free of charge, pay any additional costs, or find a suitable alternative for your needs with one of our advisors. Unfortunately, this does occasionally happen with a very small proportion of bookings on our site, and I'm sorry that the team couldn't find you an alternative suitable option. I am stunned that the person I spoke to took 30 mins to sort my holiday out and then I got my phone bill at 22.50 for one call ! I am shocked at this why can’t we finish booking online ourselves instead of phoning!

Didn’t get the room I paid for. Had a leak in the bathroom, no one cane to fix. Wouldn’t recommend

Been a couple of time with sunshine holidays and they are very reasonably priced and let u pay in instalments would definitely recommend to friends regards liz

I have had no confirmation on this holiday whether this booking has been made and I am cancelling the booking and want a refund ihave never received any email whatsoever. Andrew Woods

I was happy with the process of booking the hotel and airport transfers.Everything went downhill when I got to the hotel and found that it was substandard. I spent one night out of five and had to book another hotel. Now its looking like I will not get a refund from neither Sunshine nor the hotel despite the fact that I followed the procedure.All the correspondence in now coming from On The Beach. Trying to phone them from the UK is a nightmare, calls cost 30p per minute and the waiting time to be connected to an agent is at least 20 minutes I will not book through them again!

Thank Sunshine.com.uk.im very happy that I did choose this website for my holidays.very smooth and easy to use.just I was bit disappointed,that I bought full package to Cyprus and my booking keep showing for me for few days that my booking is on pending with no explanation.i rang to one of the sunshine assistance to ask about my booking,she was very helpful and with the big apologies ,she explain that our fly from Leeds fully booked,so she transfer us to Manchester Airport for the same flaying day and same money.please before you suggesting your deals for your customers,be sure ,that a flays will be available exactly from the same airport,where customers doing booking.😉anyway I’m still will use Sunshine website for my future holidays.big thank you

We made a booking didn’t press confirm then realised time of flights so looked at another Holliday and booked it then we received confirmation of 2 Hollidays which we tried to cancel 1 but was not allowed even though they were 20 mins apart very bad customer relationship then on Holliday the hotel was poor didn’t cater for English

I have had many frustrations resulting from this booking with agents promising callbacks or emails within 24hrs to deal with my problems. it took two weeks of me constantly ringing daily to get something done which should have been sorted within hours of booking ,as an ex travel agent I do know the procedure and I relayed all the costings relevant back to them but because of their lack of response ,prices went up, accommodation was unavailable and I had to rebook again and cancel original booking, after confirmation I was then informed they had got the costings wrong I again made another complaint and they honoured the original costings that have been emailed to me ... I do feel that your staff should have more training as I kept getting passed over to different people who did not seem to know what to do ...in the end I did get this resolved with the help of a very caring consultant who made it her mission to personally supervise it for me of which I am extremely grateful... I am still not fully confident until I get to my holiday destination weather everything has been dealt with properly I will be keeping a close eye on all itinerary and paperwork to check everything is in order though before travel

Basically they got collection point of key wrong 50 euros lighter due to taxis and phone calls home not a nice start to holiday at all not a sorry or offer of help never again sorry sunshine your company was once the best not now

The paperwork came through with 2 I McMillan's on instead of 1 and one Susan Mcmillan, phoned immediately the email came through first call 20 minutes had to give up, 2nd call 35 minutes no answer, had to give up, 3rd try 21 minutes no answer, had to give up, still not sorted and this is day 3. Terrible customer service, very worried who I have booked this holiday with.

Charged 100 euros for smoking on balcony.been here before no problem smoking.nothing mentioned on website or at checkin.would not have booked if no smoking on balcony.why was an ashtray on balcony on 20th floor?.was this a con?

One member of the team cancelled our holiday and when I questioned this I was told that I had done it. Later you rang to apologise and it was you who had cancelled it. You took money from my husbands account without permission and all we got was £50.00 off the total bill, this would have only covered the amount of calls I made to sunshine. Absolutely terrible service and we go away 3 to 4 times a year and will never use you again

This company booked in to turquesa beech hotel in calpe Spain which on arrival we found was closed and up for sale we did manage to find alternative accommodation this hotel is still being advertised bewhare

Could you provide further information about what happened when you arrived at the hotel so we can investigate this matter further?
