“As happened twice before the time between us booking and confirmation our holiday price had gone up , a little disappointing as I use a lot of different booking agencies but this only happens with you guys”

“Used sunshine before so I thought I would used them again, they are the cheapest by far than anyone else, so easy to use and follow, if you have to ring them for any reason they bend over backwards to help you. Will 100% definitely be using sunshine next year”

“You Failed to book our flights for us- still waiting for the refund for the flights they charged us for but couldn’t book- now have a booking for accommodation only and can’t book flights till I get my refund - Great First and last booking with sunshine.co.uk”

“We were happy with how everything was completed. However, we had to change the flight time, as the one advertised on your website that we chose first wasn’t available. Also we included transfers in our booking and total amount, but when we got the call about the flight the transfers had to be added on.”

“Good price however it wasn't very clear that we hadn't actually confirmed our holiday until receiving a phone call notifying us it was no longer available due to your website not being up to date. Therefore, we had to pay more than the original price for a much sooner date which was disappointing.”

“1st time iv.e had to CANCEL my HOLIDAY was very disappointed to see the fee£345., they say that they can't CANCEL my flight because they are not refunded the carrier want to CANCEL the flight and do not transfer you flight to another HOLIDAY. S oh they keep the full cost that you pay and sell your flight 1to enother HOLIDAY maker's account and picking another full cost of the holiday. I THINK if they sell the HOLIDAY to someone else they keep two lots they should return and refunded part of the cost of The flights. Thay certainly do not care about the HOLIDAY makers who are there customers. This will need governments to sort out If they are getting double money for every single CANCELLATION We can see why the don't want The HOLIDAY makers that have already booked. Po a you don't see the terms before you book”

“Booked with sunshine for many years and had great service. This week they took money for a booking that they couldn’t honour and I am still waiting for the refund. I cannot book an alternative until the money is refunded and although they assure me it has been refunded it has not. Disappointing.”
