"Terrible Service\r\nTerrible Service \u2013 Charging for 6 Months Without Providing Broadband!\r\n\r\nI've been paying \u00a326 per month for the last 6 months, yet TalkTalk has not provided any service at all! Every attempt to contact them has been a nightmare.\r\n\r\nCustomer service is useless \u2013 They ask for a PIN code and phone number, only to respond with \"we are closed now.\"\r\nLive chat is a joke \u2013 You wait for over an hour, only to be told that their tests show \"everything is fine\" when clearly, I have no internet at all!\r\nImpossible to book an engineer \u2013 Even when I try to escalate, they make it extremely difficult to get a technician out to fix the issue.\r\nI\u2019ve been paying for nothing for half a year, and TalkTalk refuses to acknowledge the problem or provide a solution. Avoid this company at all costs!"
