No phone. No Internet. No customer service. talktalk lowering expectations and disappointing customers since 2012...

- We used to be with TalkTalk and there'd be times where we'd be without a connection weeks on end. Awful customer service too

I had 8 years contract with talk talk. I can say terribly rude customer service , broadband is very slow with on and off. I changed to SKY NEVER EVER WITH talk talk

Reading up on my broadband problem, it seems it’s not rare, & usually made far worse by TalkTalk’s almost criminally bad “customer service”.

talktalk 6 weeks without service, 2 letters to HO and CEO. No apology, no refund of service charges. Customer service at its best!

Had the same experience their customer service is abysmal gave my daughters address about six times,they couldn't find it but oh yes they are sending frequent letters for a bill which isn't her but her ex husbands,told them his new address and mobile no.,only to be told they can't change the address on the system because he has to do it,but told them he's ignoring letters and is a con artist I'm afraid I've lost my temper,I still haven't got anything sorted,they need lessons in customer service would never recommend them only for wasting phone calls.

Students of the world, next time someone warns you that talktalk has rubbish customer service, believe them and go for a different provider.

Don't believe them when they ring up with loyalty offers. Call centre operators are blatant liars and customer services are in cahoots with them. Better still keep away from talktalk.

These guys charged me for services 3 months after I moved out from a property, I PAID THAT, then they fined me for early contract termination of 2 years even thought it was agreed on the phone to be a 1 year contract and I cancelled after 1 year and finally they sold that debt to a collection agency and got me blacklisted SO I HAD TO PAY THAT INCLUDING THE EXTRA FEES. This company has got to get the C**** award 2013. Avoid them or at least get everything in writing.....

I have just had the same experience (nearly) I moved 3 years ago cancelled the contract ( or so I thought ) now they have pursued me through a debt collection agency for over £200 pounds ........ can't afford to be hounded by these people. I think that Talk Talk are best avoided - lots of review suggest they are not trustworthy ........
