Not very helpful I have Tiscali login and they told me that, from January 2020 I would no longer be able to access may emails, when I told them that this was not long enough for me to transfer all my folders and emails to another provider, they were not very understanding, I asked to speak to a manager but had no luck, they told me that I could access my emails if I either paid them £50 or sign a contract with TalkTalk. I have registered a complaint but don't expect a satisfactory result, after spending nearly an hour on the phone.

Terrible customer services they just waste you time, after being without internet service for a week they promised automatic compensation awaited 2 months no news, then decided to phone customer service again after being on the phone with them for 1 hour and 10 minutes was offered £6 what an insult, Time to get out. Still trying to get a proper compensation,

ZERO stars for TalkTalk customer service. I've been 'communicating' with them for over ten days now trying to get an Open Reach engineer to fix a line fault. Appalling service - lies, making it seem my fault, wanting to start from the beginning each call, saying an engineer called when one didn't, shouting on the phone, agent putting me on hold for 25 mins then cancelling the call. An exhausting process with no resolution yet. AVOID!!!

I don't want to put any stars. They are most certainly the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. STEER clear is my advice. Don't be tempted by their sales pitch of great offers, they may sound good but the service you get, speed, reliability, helpful customer service is not. Last word of advice AVOID

on the phone 6 hours yesterday past from person to person and lied to meny times bad bad service told don't believe what open reach say (they tell lies accordingly to TALK TALK) SERVICE POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR AND THEY TELL LIES

customer service is beyond a joke. you get handed down the line of person after person. have wasted multiple hours on hold over several phone calls trying to sort our terminating contracts. just pay more and go with someone who's broadband is better and actually cares

Useless, useless, useless. The call centre staff don't speak, comprehend or understand English and seem to delight in pissing you about for 20 minures before transferring you without telling anyone why, so you have to go through it all again. If I could leave 0 starts I would

So bad. Wifi drops constantly, says it's connected but doesn't function. Naturally they keep taking money and try to charge an exit fee when you leave... Thieves.

An absolute farce! Slow to install. Even slower to cancel as they can continue to charge you all the same. I have left to go to a different country, my 12 month contract was continued with me knowing. I am not allowed to access my online account from abroad. I phone up to cancel and am assure dit is to find 3 weeks later they have not, meaning I am charged another 2 months.Have spent over an hour on hold as they refuse to phone back.It is a farce.

PEOPLE BE WARNED Avoid Talktalk like the plague. They are without doubt the very worst telecoms/broadband company that has ever traded. Anyone ignoring this advice will spend hours and days hanging on the phone trying to understand one of their Asian call centre workers, who think they speak English, but they certainly don't, trying to find whatever lies and excuses they can come up with to get rid of you and whatever you're query or complaint might be. None, of these call centre workers has any experience or common sense when you try to explain a problem to them, you literally wear yourself out trying to get them to understand the simplest thing. When they finally abandon all hope of trying to help you they tell you to have a nice day. If there were proper and efficient regulators around this company would be stopped from trading with immediate effect. Anyone who is still with them has my deepest sympathy.

Disgusting and appalling service. Signed up with them and a few days later received an email advising our order had been cancelled with no explanation. Contacted customer services who said they had cancelled it because of outstanding debt a previous tenant at the address had had with them. In hindsight it is lucky we escaped them reading the other reviews, would actively recommend against using this abysmal disgrace of a company.

Since taking out this high speed service , it has got progressively slower, almost a joke now. Complained but nothing improved. As I am now moving house, I contacted their ( overseas with poor English ) customer services centre to end my contract. Difficult to find how to do this on the website. Had a farcical 3 way conversation with them and they demanded to know my new address as they wanted me to move my service despite me repeatedly telling them the new ( temp ) house had no phone line. Then demanded details of the person I was selling to so they could get them to take on the service. Tried every trick to get me to remain, then said there would be over £100.00 charge to exit . Result, I will never use them again ,and I told them I would leave negative reviews on as many consumer sites as possible to out their dreadful service and attitude. Ps could not leave star rating if one as the computer froze due to slow internet ! Says it all !,

TalkTalk are without a doubt, the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with. I have recently requested that they to delete all of my data from their system in order to make sure I will never have to speak with them again. They have caused us so much stress and wasted so much of our time. I sincerely regret ever signing up with them and would urge others not to fall into any tempting deals with them. If it seems too good to be true; it will be. You will have to deal with 15-20 minute holds on the phone, slow service provision, extra charges and call centres filled with people who struggle to speak or understand basic English. If I could rate them a 0 I would. I honestly believe that TalkTalk should be looked into and shutdown for their ugly and disrespectful handling of customers and services.

TalkTalk charged us 60 £ for dampness in the outlet box that the engineer confirmed came from outside - we rent and we do not manage this building, so this is not due to any fault of our own. The engineer fixed nothing and although we pay for fibre broadband, we run on 1 (!) megabyte per second, as opposed to the 60 mb/s we pay for. This has been going on for nearly two months now and TalkTalk has the audacity to refund us a cheap 32 £ that they never have refunded to my bank account yet albeit lying on the phone, claiming it was transferred on the 14th of October. Liars! This is the worst internet service I have ever been with, and I want to go as far and call them thieves and scammers.

well i have two old but daily used email addresses that i have had for over 20 years free from the original supplier. Sadly they were bought out by TalkTalk. The new owners now want to charge me for the use and since it is only a nominal amount i thought ok cos i need the addresses for continuity. I need to sign up for webmail plus. click the link you are taken to a window they need my account number [i do not have one] they want my email address plus password i queried this. and if you have ever talked to the chat line out of the Philippines you will know what i mean; you have to go over things time and time again i did three times without any joy. so they escalated it to an outbound manager booked call - three times i waited at the allotted time - yep no call !!! absolutely the bottom of the pile for customer service hopelessly inadequate
