I purchased a Huawei smartwatch costing £122 at the start of July 2020.
I received an email stating it was with the courier on 14/7 and it had been delayed by 24 hours.
Nothing since, despite numerous emails sent by myself.
All I received is generic response stating they were sorry, once stating they were opening up an investigation with the courier.
That was clearly false as I've heard nothing. Currently we are in November, five months after parting with my money. And very unlikely to see it or my purchase for that matter.
Wish I'd done my research first.

“I would not recommend buying from this company. Anything you buy from TecoUK you are actually buying from a Hong Kong company and the sale is governed by HongKong law so you do not have the usual English law protections on the quality of the product. They sold me a Dyson hairdryer in the UK but it came with an international plug and an adapter contrary to advice from Dyson that the product would not work properly with an adapter. They did agree to refund me but I had to pay £60 to post the product back to them and they refused to reimburse this even though they sold me a product which (had English law applied) was not of reasonable quality for sale in the UK or fit for purpose. Better to pay a bit more and buy your product from the UK than from a company you have no realistic prospect of claiming again (unless you fancy going to the courts in Hong Kong) if something goes wrong.”

They asked me to return it to their company.
The product was around 90 dollars. However, the shipping cost was around 150 dollars.

“Like so many others, i placed an order not realising it was a Hong Kong based company, i ordered two I pads last Christmas, saved about £45 each. Panicked after i read the reviews and tried to cancel and order others from Amazon. To be fair to Tecobuy, they did arrive about 2 weeks after placing the order, had i known from the outset, that wouldn't have been too bad a delivery. Issues as i still had the unopened genuine UK spec ones is the box hight was different, reason was these had Chinese spec chargers and a cheap looking travel adaptor in the box with them. So that was £30 a charger. then the kicker, a month after delivery i got an invoice from FedEx charging import tax of £120. From then on, no response from many mails from Tecobuy. Buyer beware, they are genuine, but very poor customer service.”
“Finally got details supplied for returning the item, but took three weeks. This was a non UK address to send back to, and was supposed to be a collection service.
Had to take item to a depot. Once it had been scanned into the system by UPS, Tecobuy then changed the delivery address via PayPal, so that it was impossible to send the item back and satisfy Pay Pal rules.
TecoBuy now refusing to follow Distance Selling Laws, even though they have confirmed that they have the item back, and refund the item.
Avoid this company at all costs, as ignoring the law, and deliberately making things complicated and confusing.”

“Company is based in China and since they have their own online retail store; they do not follow any European or US refund & exchange rules. I bought a phone from their website and it started to show signal loss issue so I sent the phone back to them. It’s been over three months now and they haven’t sent back the fixed phone or refund. So one will be shopping on his/her own risk when shopping from TecoBuy”

Ordered Logitech streaming camera over 2 weeks ago thinking they were a UK company. Tracking number shows DPD still only having received order information and no further progress in 2 weeks. Emailed twice and certainly they did reply a few hours later in the middle of the night but just generic replies about them checking with their courier department. Latest reply says its on its way and I will have it in a few days. I await nervously but wish I'd seen all the reviews first. Never thought to check as it looked like a legit UK company, which it isn't.
