“Unlike eBay or Amazon, Temu cares more about their merchants than the consumers. I bought a set of tools made by Vevor, which turned out to be junk, as it cannot cut as it should. I bought another set from Home Depot, what a big difference. Asked for refund, and Temu wanted to protect the merchant. I know eBay or Amazon would have refunded my money. I will not shop at Temu anymore. One experience like this wiped out all the savings I got to date. It's not worth it.”

“fund for late delivery is no Good although they have low prices, their deliveries are never on time. And a R 20 refund for delayed delivery is no money. Probably so low because everybody outside of the country gets late delivery.
They give free delivery, yes, but you pay vat and import fees. And again customs fees when arriving in South Africa. You bargain to get your order in time for events you host and never get it on time.”
