“Prices seem great but it's not a bargain when you don't actually receive the item!
Customer service refused to accept anything customer says and just repeat false delivery claim. No idea where items were delivered but it wasn't where they were meant to be.”

Item arrived, wrapped and dead.. refund and replacement were denied by seller and not honored by Temu! Still waiting after about six weeks of communications, emails, chats, etc. AI and generic responses fora refund. Executive Customer Service emails aren’t even correct😖”
“Temu stated that I was awarded credits for purchase. I picked items to be added to my cart and instead my card was automatically charged. I remained unaware that I had been charged for these items until I later saw the charge on my credit card statement. To make it worse, the items were mailed to an old address that I had previously changed. I contacted customer service and they refused to remedy the problem.”

They state that there is no email address or phone number associated with this order and cannot assist me by entering the information. Although I have all the confirmation emails, they claim they cannot help me They offer returns and then make you jump through hoops. Will never purchase anything from them again! The product was returned to Temu in Madrid on the 26th March at 11.00 but the delivery was not accepted.
The carrier, Correos, is the same carrier used by Temu to make deliveries to me and they left a a note in Temu's mailbox with the tracking number to request re-delivery at a suitable time. These are the same tracking details already provided to Temu as part of the returns process.
The response from support has been non-existent.
The only response I can get is that this is my problem in some way - Temu refuse to accept the return and refuse to tell Correos that it be rescheduled.
My messages have all been ignored and all replies from Temu 'support' have been stock phrases ignoring all my previous messages.
Is there a real person or just a bot there? If it's an AI bot it needs retraining, but maybe this is deliberate to refuse all returns?

“I've been playing temu's games to win free gifts. Seeing how they work to me is a scam to get you to buy more items and even then you still don't met their goal for the free gifts. I was at 99.9% there to get free gifts and just when I thought I got the final .1% I get 99.95 %. Really?!!!!”
“Temu has been awful for me. I buy many things from temu. On the 25th of march I bought five items and they already take my money with the price of 101ish only to later charge me about 124+ dollars. After I rechecked. They apparently seperated two of my items so I'd have to pay an extra delivery fee for both without my consent. Without my permission they take my money and is the same as stealing my money. I don't know they alwasy doing like that? Like they can dowhatever they want. I do not recommend this company anymore. “Temu has nice stuff but they tell you lies. They offer promotions but never follow through like reimbursement. They say you got this amount left to fill reimbursement so you spend that then once you reach your goal I tell you that this amount to spend to get reimbursement it's all a joke”

“I have decent luck with the products (75%) but I do order from a lot of the local suppliers. I will agree with others that the promotions are scams, and the games take forever to win, no matter how many times you order!!! Been on one game almost a year now, (everyday) and it will be my last one. Don't understand their philosophy around that since the prizes are cheap and the credits will be used for more orders over a certain price? They have turned the tables from great in the beginning to just ok, just like WISH did. I've still enjoyed most of their products though.”
