“Most items in temu photos are exaggerated in size . Company is desparate to sell you immediatly after purchase. Marketing schemes are overly agressive in emails and messages thereby becoming a pest. Prices are constantly changing, usually they are higher after first glance. Free gifts and coupons are a joke as they require additional purchases.Quality on most items is subpar.”

“I strongly suggest all Temu Customers think twice about using temu. They lie about free gifts & huge coupons. You will spend plus spend more after being told "if you spend a certain amount" you will receive price cuts, prizes, gifts, and more. NONE of that is true. No discounts No free Gifts Nothing. “Purchased items and Temu stated with free gifts to select if you will meet the target amount to shop. Shopped few times but never received these free gifts.If gifts not received after months and no notification then it's appear a scam. Also complained this to Temu customer support.Anyway deleting this App asap .”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Temu. First, I received broken plant pots in my order. I reported the issue and was told that a credit would be applied, but that never happened. On top of that, my messages disappeared, and I received no further updates.
Recently, I placed another order, which promised a bunch of free items. However, not only did I never receive the free items, but I was also charged for them! The items I was supposed to get for free were never sent, and the whole process felt like a waste of time.
Additionally, the app's endless wheel of tasks is frustrating and time-consuming. It's been a terrible experience overall, and I will be uninstalling the app.”

“Every time I see something on some website that links to Temu, I click on it but some big contest circle keeps coming up and I'm supposed to choose something, but I can't seem to get it out of it and I finally just give up looking at their site. We need to get rid of that idiot game or whatever it is.”
“Package was left in the lobby where things get stolen on a regular basis. Never delivered to my door. WTF? The enclosed picture shows the package dumped in the lobby. If they're too lazy to deliver to the correct address, whether it's a house or an apartment door, then they can't be trusted to do anything right. I applied for my refund (14 DAYS?!?), but they offered a gift card refund available in three hours. Isn't that convenient?

“On Cyber Monday I placed a huge order with Temu for my family’s Christmas gifts. Everything I ordered was confirmed to be delivered before Christmas. I found out the hard way that was a lie and my gifts have an ETA for 12/29 (clearly AFTER Christmas). I have contacted Temu several times and have been given the run around, so much nonsense even given a petty $20 coupon for the inconvenience that has to be used by 12/16. Today was the last straw for me. I contacted Temu and was told that my items are out of stock!! I am telling my kids and family to spend our hard earned money somewhere else-definitely not with Temu!!!”
“I currently have a credit with Temu for $46.00 but I'm unable to use the credit because Temu is saying there's "SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY" so my account is suspended "ONLY FROM USING THE CREDIT NOT FROM ME PURCHASING". I have correspondence from numerous customer service "un-live representatives" who keep giving me the same response.”

“Temu products are super cheap it is disgusting that the Temu YouTube ad says "shop like a billionaire." ??? I believe Temu is selling like a billionaire at the expense of consumers. The value of every single product is not even worth a dollar each. I've only ordered from Temu once, but I disputed the charges with my bank because the products were terribly fragile or cheaply made some arrived broken. Mailing defective items does not deserve any respect. If Temu thought that I would call them to dispute wrong! I will NEVER waste my time on Temu after this review.”
“Don't waste time or effort because in the end you're going to spend more money than just going through Walmart or Amazon, and that isn't much better. They keep you spending by offering credits for delivery delays, broken items and missing items then you have to use those credits but have a minimum purchase amount or pay shipping. Plus shipping from local is even more of an issue and costs. Again, save yourself the headaches.”
