“Temu sent me a damaged chair. It was probably damaged before it was shipped. When I returned it, after days of back and forth nonsense, I was forced to pay for a new box, $60, because the original box was damaged. The return of my money took about a month! Avoid Temu! You will get BURNED!”
“Temu is a scam site, they allow sellers to scam people out of their money I purchased $150 tent and they sent an envelope to someone else's house and since the tracking said delivered they would not refund, they are a uneducated group and have found a way to manipulate online selling to get your money, they promise a money back guarantee but it is false they do not honor it. I will be informing everyone I can about the way this site works, don't buy from temu, your first couple orders will arrive to build your trust then when you make a large purchase they scam you. I made several small purchases at first the items did arrive but very low quality then for Christmas I made a large order and got a message saying it was delivered but weeks later it still hasn't come so I contacted temu and asked for a refund and days later they denied a refund saying the package was delivered with a picture of a small envelope on someones porch but it wasn't my house I involved PayPal again was refused refund because temu told them it was delivered and sent them the same photo. So PayPal has also lost my trust. Now I'm out $150 at Christmas. I'll stop there before I start calling them what they are. My tracking number was 282734359470 and was provided by seller and verified by temu and shipped FedEx, I contacted FedEx and was told the tracking number was not in my name or delivered to my address. Temu is a big scam. I have included photos of the item I never got and reviews from temu which didn't appear until days after I made my purchase. You have been warned. Temu the scam site”

They just leave the package in a public place without telling you they delivered it and slimeballs just help themselves. Temus site say “package delivered” but if I dont check my email every five minutes the package can be out in the open for a couple of hours or more.”

Temu said they would refund my credit card as the supplier was not correcting the problem.
