“This company floods your phone with freebies as well as notifications and advertisements. Then when you attempt to redeem your coupons (freebies) they give you .5 % of the of the coupon. I don’t trust this company and will not purchase anything from them”
“Everything from start to finish appeared and sounded very scammy. I initially ordered 9 items in 2 separate orders first 3 items then got all kinds of special bonuses and 2 “free” gifts for my last order. So I started selecting my 2 free gifts after I selected 2 free ones 2 other windows opened and asked me to select 2 more in order to get the 2 free ones ????? Wait weren’t the free ones a gift from first order ? But there happened to be 2 other items I actually meed d right there on the same page so I reluctantly but knowing I needed stuff added them. After clicking submit I realized I had a duplicate item from the first order and pulled up chat and told them and asked them to refund the duplicate item. Few hours later I see refund but they were trying to only give me 80% back of what they took seconds before ??? So I go in chat again and ask what’s up ? And they claim they returned the appropriate amount based on the orders and how the coupons and bonuses work. WHAT are you talking about you charged me X and your returning Y. There were other fishy shaddy things like from 9 items they broke it up into 7 different boxes with 7 different shipping # and each item listed was a few dollars more than advertised like desk $70 but in order history $75.11. So I inquired why each item had more $ attached and they claimed it was tax. What company recieves an order of multiple items like 6/7/8 items and splits it up into 6 or 7 individual packages and all separate shipping labels etc ITS LITERALLY CREATING more work and cost to them to process each order individually and pay employees to manage package and ship 6 or 7 orders instead of 1 or 2. So in my mind as a 30 plus year business owner only reason for this in my mind would be neferious and of not good intentions so you can hack up the price on each item. There were more ISSUES AS WELL but honestly I am sick and tired of even thinking about this and reliving the situation so I will just exit here leaving you on the cliff hanging other issues I am too sick to discuss at this point. GOOD LUCK if you try to buy anything here be awear of stuff I mentioned. In end I called my bank to get full refund. It’s also not American company so there are potential issues there as well”

I made my purchase decision based on the ad on the Temu website (which I have proof of) that stated that it came with 2 x 20V 4.0 Ah batteries and 1 charger. When it arrived, it only contained 1 battery. When I contacted both Temu and the manufacturer, they both stated that my impact driver only came with one battery no matter what the misleading ad on the website stated and that they would not send me another battery unless I paid for it.”

The currier said they delivered but there was never any evidence (video or otherwise) that anybody ever even attempt was even made to deliver. “Temu traps you into doing promotions and makes false promises about free gifts. There are multiple steps after these promotions that require time. The promotions hide the fact that they are time sensitive and hard to locate while temu continues to throw 2-5 more promotions at you while youre just trying to claim your free gifts from the previous days. I will not be using temu anymore 👍 I would label Temu “Dishonest”.”

“Please don't order anythings in TEMU, its fake. Even my friends experienced the same. After placing order , they ask us to pay customs duty . After paying customs duty they say it will be delivered. Then we receive message as cannot be delivered. We miss you, I stay in the locality where no one can miss my address. Also i didn't recieved any calls. “Temu should be shut down. The constant false advertising and misleading of customers is criminal. I purchased alot of items through Temu, but the more I got, the more issues I had. I purchased an rc car that literally worked 1 time. I attempted to return it due to it being defective and they want me to pay 7.99 to return it. I attempted several times to speak to someone in customer service and was basically told over and over there was nothing they can do. “I got caught up in all the offers of discounts and free items. I ended up spending about $49 and got nothing but junk. I did get a small flashlight, a child’s puzzle and a pepper grinder, which I haven’t been able to figure out. I get daily emails with a spinning wheel and I don’t know how to stop them. “I'm currently on the fence. I've ordered 3 different times. The first was for a couple of long sleeved tshirts basically. I ordered medium, thinking their clothing might run small. Nope, shirts are way too big.
Second order was for a pair of jeans and a pair of pants. Ordered small and they are too big. The pants look like they're made out of snow pants material, so I will be donating those. I will try to shrink the jeans, but they do not look much like the cute ones in the picture that I ordered.
Third order is for two swimsuits...same suit but a small and a medium. They haven't arrived yet. This will probably be my final order. Too many unknowns.”
