They said there was a glitch in the system, but they’re sorry they don’t think they can do for me that was three operators later forever already spent a lot of money on there. Just a big scam watch out I wouldn’t. I wouldn’t buy anything on a debit card and we should buy a credit card and get your money back.”

“I put a couple of items in my Temu shopping cart. I wanted to check if I could find better prices anywhere else. The next day, Temu had processed the order without my permission. They took the money out of my bank account within seconds. The next day when I saw the money out of my account, I phoned Temu to try and get a refund on the money. They said three of the items were already shipped, so I couldn’t get a refund for them, but I could return them and get a refund and it’ll take 14 days after they receive an inspect the item. One of the items still had the option for a refund, I filed for the refund and they said they wouldn’t accept it because the order had already been processed. So now that item has been dropped at my house, I found another item that was the same for $150 less, but they do not do a price comparison like they say they do. The only price adjustment they’ll do is if we find the same item on their website for a different price. Temu is nothing but a huge scam. I could return this item, but I have to pay for the courier to come pick it up from my house and return it to them. We’re talking about 150 pound item and it will cost between 100 and $150 to return it. So that money, even though I didn’t order anything, though I was charged for the item within seconds will cost me $100-$150 to return and then it will take 14 days after they inspect the item before they return my money. And on top of that, they might not return my money, they might just give me a credit with Temu to buy something else. Don’t shop at Temu. They’re robbers, their thieves and they don’t care about anybody. I told them I was a pensioner on a fixed income. They don’t care don’t waste your time at Temu.”

“I had contacted them over a year ago about hacks with fbi programs tht had switched credit card info which denied Me access to tht card used before and to klarna. I even sent in pics which supported my claim. So when Christmas time came and I still wasn't able to order like I wanted to; I had someone else use their account. The issue was NEVER resolved and the turquoise or teal sweatshirt tht I had ordered for my daughter came with stains on it. The whole trend is probably gonna end soon. The lack of resolution and the already low quality and integrity of the sellers will end it. Very ghetto...wouldn't recommend.”
“I have purchased A LOT from Temu. MOST items have been great. It is a 2-week delivery but sometimes faster. Occasionally, deliveries are late, and Temu lets me know they are late and gives me a $5.00 credit. When I have had to return items, it is very easy. A QR code is provided, and you can take it to UPS. Return: I have been offered half of my money back and to keep the item. Also, I have been offered a choice to have the full amount back as credit or refunded to the card I used for the purchase. If you spend $20 shipping is free from Temu - in China.
HOWEVER if you purchase an item that says it is from the Local Warehouse, you are likely to be charged $2.99 for each item from the Warehouse. The explanation is that your items need to be from the SAME STORE to receive free postage. The Warehouse has items from many stores. Yeah, just because it is from the same Warehouse does not count. So, it saves a bit of money to order from Temu in China.
ONE MORE DIFFICULTY. They have started using a delivery service called UniUni. I have received several messages that the driver could not deliver my package - "there was a delivery with your Temu order." I live in a gated community. If the delivery attempt was made after hours or on the weekend, the driver probably did not know how to get in. No, the company did not try to solve the problem.
