Amazon may be overpriced, but at least they’re honest about it, have amazing logistics, solid clearly stated policies that don’t change every time you log in and every 10 minutes thereafter, and there are real people you can talk to if something goes wrong.”

“When I ordered my items I use to get them on time. Temu is shipping and they have gotten real messy. When I use to order my items, temu use to let me get my whole order like at first. Now temu let you ordered your items, but now they divided it up into two sections to get some more money out of us. “I had a few items in my cart and was sent an email stating that if I purchased two items on a certain page that I would receive the items In my cart for free. There really wasn't anything decent on the page of items but I figured in the long run it saves me money. So I added two items and all through the checkout process it kept showing at the bottom of the page the items I had in my card saying freebies. I submitted the order but noticed the next day that the order stated only two items were scheduled to ship. So talked to support and just got the tired line of oh so sorry here's a 10% off your next order. Tried to cancel but nope too late even though they haven't shipped it yet. Waiting on this junk so I can return it and close my account”

“I ordered my products, as a promo that if I spend ten more dollars they will give me a credit. I ordered, and it would give me 2 cents here and 5 cents there, as that was supposed to be getting me closer to the ten dollars to receive my credit. B I'm t as I ordered several items in one lump sum, they turned around and charged me individually, which also took more money for each ones shipping cost. Ended up paying shipping on ten separate items.
FALSE ADVERTISING BIG TIME. Also, an item i ordered, was returned to sender due to fraudulent postage. So now n or t only did I pay them for the item, and paid for shipping, I do not get to have my item. No thank you, not trying to purchase ANYTHING from a fraudulent merchant.”
“I would give zero stars, if that was an option. Tried to buy something for $7 using Apple Pay. A couple days later, they said my order was on hold due to unusual payment activity and they needed more information. Provided what they requested. Again, a request for even more information. Provided what they asked for. Then they cancelled my order, saying the information was unclear. Really?? If these guys cannot even process an Apple Pay transaction successfully, they don’t deserve to be in business.”

Then I pick two items and I am told I need to buy 7 more items to get the 2 free items . This is so misleading. This company just lies and cheats people and it is a SCAM .
