“Its sharp practice of misleading advertising is utter waste of time and abusive. It lies and entices about free gifts, occupies your time making you have to roll or flip cards etc, gives you highly inconvenient "time limits" to secure a deal, and prices are already marked up enough that the deal is not worth it (prices change from deal to deal), it controls what you can buy from and requires minimum purchases so you end up filling your cart with junk just to get a deal or one item when it would have been far more sensible just to buy the bloody item at full price (whatever that is because you will never know). There are various other bs promotion and deals it distracts you with... saying get 6 free gifts because you are premium customer, but then it requires you to share. You share once, it tells you sorry, that only brought you close, you need to share again. then when you are inches away from securing your 6 free gifts, it says you have to share again and someone has to accept link and downloan and must be a new user. Even if you get that, it only inches you a fraction, asking you to share again. So bloody aggravating. Useless Utter Waste of Time.”

They demanded my personal VISA statement with my personal information and was told they do not have to provide me with any statement saying they will protect my private information. I was going to buy 347 more of these items for my other hotels if the product was good.
They could care less about customer service and could care less about valuing their customer base. I've spent HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of DOLLARS without having to prove its my credit card. They raise this stink over a $3,400 purchase? I spend that on dinners TEMU. GET A LIFE. I will never use them again.”
“This company basically stole 350$ from me. I made the mistake of ordering tires. They sent one delivered to wrong address and I request a refund, the delivered was clearly not my house and I sent them pic of my home. Seller say he only sent one tire anyway and says he will refund the three, but Temu denied my refund after approving another part of the same order for non delivery. Seller sees Temu denied refund and also denied the refund and kept all the money. I was charged 350$ for 4 tires I never recieved.”

“I was a big TEMU fan. Until, they came out with Farmland and Fishland. These are the same predatory games that scam web sites use to make you believe you can win something. As you get closer to your goal the less and less the rewards you get. Until you give up. Now why TEMU would want to run off it's customer base is beyond me. But there rude responses are even worse. “I did order on december 9 order 5 items 1 item was 24.99 but paid 12.98 tax and 6.99 delivery charges with the other items total 167.00 but gives you price each item tax shipping each item almost 40 dollars fruit basket order was ser paid with card delivery was december 15 -19 2024 I received all items but got notified the fruit basket was delay not delivery would be between december21-31 I didn't care it's holidays but then on 29 I check item was still the same place since day I place order i founded weird then Temu notified me the basket delay again they gave 5 dollar credit in temu now january 9 -February 3 2025 so january 14 I check and item was same spot no change since order was place so requested refund of my money they said there senior team would respond to me within 24 hours and the team response was sorry have no response from carrier and no updates that they have to wait 30 days if not they refund 20 dollars in credit same answer i been getting i pay with my bank account temu charge my back debit card no other carrier and I try speaking customer service no phone calls they took my money after this I am not going to be stupid to buy another item at temu so they give you credit you won't use item won't be delivered today january 21 2025 item is same place and hasn't change day place order no respond from carrier temu only refuse refund my money but they only keep sending messages emails that my item will be delivered by February and they can do nothing about it refund my money because they don't have response from carrier”
