“Most items not in the bag they shove everything in. Most are missing. They are holding my credits from 3 items I canceled w/in minutes of ordering. SCARIEST thing . THEY TAKE STEAL, USE YOUR DATA. I used gift cards to order and someone immediately booked 2 -1st class tickets to a luxury resort in CANCUN. Costing over$20,000. Also, over 12,000$ at Amazon. I am waiting for my bank to open. They alerted me. I am lucky. I Rarely use my Real credit card. So it was flagged immediately, but nevertheless infuriating. STAY AWAY FROM TEMU. You may love the cheap prices, but it will COST YOU EVENTUALLY. I won't ever go near them again DELETE APP AND BEWARE. I believe they are so cheap because they make their money selling your information.”
“Salt and pepper shaker that was $6ended up costing me $59 with their supposedly free items. Super CHEAP quality and returns are very difficult. Ended up throwing away in the trash. It’s like a hidden scam. I will never use them again”
“I will never order any thing from temu ever again and will make sure no one I know does either. The delivery company you use is awful. My first delivery was to my front door but they never closed the gate after they opened it and dog got out. And this delivery they did not bring to the house they just put in old white news paper mail box at end of drivway that's not even ares and have not be used in years. Terrible delivery service. We have mentioned it to temu before and they said they would let them know to deliver to front door and to close the gate. Delivery company does not care about were they put your parcels. Again deleting app will never order from temu again”

“Please don't buy from them. Some of their products are ok, but you never know what you will get! When you have a problem, they only have a 90-product return. After that they tell you to contact the manufacturer or third party distributor. Then you get caught in a circular conversation getting no where. Just so they don't have to do anything.”

“This company is so dishonest. Today I returned an item and I chose the option to have a store credit issued which should have occurred immediately after the return was scanned at the UPS store, similar to how Amazon operates. But, no Temu says one thing and does something different. They make you wait until the return is processed even though the website specifically said that the credit would be issued immediately after the return was scanned.
Totally deceptive.”
