“I ordered a few 12 volt solar chargers. When they arrived, I tested them and both of them were reading voltages much higher than 12 volts. At 12 volt battery can be topped off at over 14 volts but these are reading nearly 20 volts. I have hundreds of dollars of batteries that I was hoping to keep charged with these if I would have plugged them in it would have destroyed my batteries. I spent nearly an hour on chat with timu and they would not refund my money. I believe the seller knows that both of these items are falsely advertised and is scamming customers. On top of that the items took over a week longer than they were supposed to.”

“First time around first account I made close to a $200 order never received never got a refund nothing chalked it up as a loss create another account now I placed an order and I get it similar to wish the timing is not great but the estimated time is between the 17th and 27th of this month I get it's not the 27th until Monday but my local postal service told me on the phone that timu doesn't guarantee that I will get my package until the 31st of this month at the earliest that doesn't fit their guidelines of how many days tops and when I called timu's customer service the woman every time I would try to ask a question she would over talk me and when I set boundaries and repeated my question or my statement she acted like I didn't say anything they should not have customer service reps that don't know what they're doing cuz she didn't know anything and didn't verify anything didn't validate how I felt about this issue or anything just like US postal service they passed the bucket right back to The postal service oh it's not on us it's on them I don't know what to believe but this is the second time that something to my disliking happened with timu and I don't appreciate it”
“I ordered a long john outfit shirt and pants, never got shirt. Other long john pants came with hole in crotch and not for man use. pants for me were way short and their measurements were a lie. When I tried to complain they told me I was a liar and refused to even let me return them. Spent $40 wow. Use shein or wish.”

“I have spent over 4 1/2 hours total on three separate calls because of errors made by Temu, and absolutely wasted my time because they did not honor any of their previous agreements that we’re made by previous representatives. I have made over 120 orders and they still do not treat me as a repeat buyer. They are getting very close to loosing a customer on a permanent basis. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their customer service. A thousand apologies does not make up for all of their mistakes m.”
