“I ordered a phone and cancelled it immediately. And was told I was going to get my money back. And now they're refusing to. I will show you the screenshots of everything. There terrible”
“I would give them a zero but not able to. I ordered a dog crate and it took 7 days for them to tell me they couldn’t get it for me. I knew it was too good to be true. I will NEVER order from them again they are dishonest I cancelled my card and got another one just so they don’t have my card number anymore.”
“They are such liars. I've spent hundreds of dollars on products, shared information and spent hours on games and still have never got anything free. It is a waste of time”
“They just can’t get your item to you. Most of my items get sent back without ever being delivered. Then takes 7 day to get refund. Will never buy from them again. I will stop my wife from buying from them also. She buy to much anyway.”
“This is a scam company. I ordered 2 sandals according to the size chart. The website is a hot mess - two different size charts with 2 conflicting sets of information, one chart by the sandals, another in a different place. So, I talked to customer service to make sure the conversion to US sizes was correct, and ordered the size they said was correct. Both the sandals came too small to even wear. I cannot even give them away because even though they are supposed to be a 7, they are like a 6. I don't even know any teenagers who are a size 6. So in the trash they go. Last time I will order anything from this piece of garbage company.”
