“I had a completely unacceptable experience with customer service at temu. When I was communicating with them about a certain problem, I told them about a death in my family and expressed my sadness. But instead of compassion and respect, their response was sarcastic and inappropriate. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in sensitive situations like this. I attach a picture from the conversation that shows the actor's mockery of his handling of my feelings. I demand genuine clarification from the administration and appropriate action towards this incident. I cannot accept this behavior in any company. Unfortunately, I won't deal with temu again if this kind of dealing continues.”

“Requested cancelation of a item five minutes after I ordered it by mistake. Received email on 2/28 stating refund would be processed by 3/30. Called customer service and was asked 8 times to describe the item. Each time I gave the actual description from my order and it could not be found. Now I've been sent to the online site which can not find my previous order.

Some of the items are ok, but some look very very cheap and can't use them at all. Please improve the quality of garments you sell. Some people want to buy because they can't afford to buy outside.
