“They just can’t get your item to you. Most of my items get sent back without ever being delivered. Then takes 7 day to get refund. Will never buy from them again. I will stop my wife from buying from them also. She buy to much anyway.”
“This is a scam company. I ordered 2 sandals according to the size chart. The website is a hot mess - two different size charts with 2 conflicting sets of information, one chart by the sandals, another in a different place. So, I talked to customer service to make sure the conversion to US sizes was correct, and ordered the size they said was correct. Both the sandals came too small to even wear. I cannot even give them away because even though they are supposed to be a 7, they are like a 6. I don't even know any teenagers who are a size 6. So in the trash they go. Last time I will order anything from this piece of garbage company.”

The product you sent to me was stolen from my property and you did nothing to help I will be filing a claim against your company and I have conversation regarding this matter and what you said. “I have ordered items several times from Temu and always had a good experience. This time (April 1st) I ordered 4 items: Boxing Gloves, Posture Corrector, Chair Cushions, Hiking Shoes. All 4 items showed delivery date of 5 Business Days. So based on that I placed the order. I need the Hiking Boots quickly (and didn't buy from local Big 5 Sporting Goods which was $1.75 more). After I placed the order got an email for OnTrac Shipping - stated Estimate Delivery: April 3rd by 9 p.m. Didn't happen. When I went onto Temu website said estimated delivery date of: April 25th thru May 20th. How is that 5 Business Days??? I will not be ordering from Temu again after this experience!”
“I ordered because of a promotion that promised a free item when purchasing certain products. However, when my order arrived, the free item was not included. Its a FAKE PROMOTION!! I feel deceived and so dissappointed and I want to warn others about such offers. Make sure you double-check the details before trusting similar promotions. “Got ripped off on package I returned because item I received was not correct. it was lost in shipment according to UPS which I have no control over. I reordered same day and they are refusing to ship that order. Currently out $135. Customer service is useless. I will never again buy from them and you should not either.”
“Temu tricks you into promotions that you don't receive. You keep sending and spending thinking you are going to get free gifts. I'm ashamed to say I spent Thousands with them. They offered me to spend again with a twenty percent discount after I complained. I will never spend with them again. Deleted. Very unhappy customer.”
