“Avoid Ordering Large Items from Temu
I ordered a large, bulky item (home gym equipment) and it arrived broken, I tried to return it and received a return label, but the drop-off locations wouldn’t accept it due to the size. When I called Temu, I was stuck talking to robots who just gave me the same scripted responses and put me on hold said they’d escalate it to a supervisor—but nothing changed. I kept getting automated emails with the same solution, "return for refund" but no real help. Save yourself the trouble—don’t order items from Temu, as their return process is impossible if the object is too big and their customer service is non-existent.”
“THEY STATED THAT THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED AND THEY WERE NOT!!!!!!!!!!! THEN IT HAS TAKEN ME MORE THAN A MONTH OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME THE $$ AND THEY STATE THAT i SHOULD CHECK TO SEE IF THE PACKAGE IS ANYWHERE. THEY DELIVERED IT ON A SUNDAY AND THIS IS AN OFFICE. THE DELIVERY COMPANY LIED BUT MORE THAN THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. THEY DONT HAVE ANYONE TO HELP WITH THESE PROBLEMS. SEVERAL EMAILS AND "CHATS" AND THEY STILL SAY THAT THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED.”
“Very poor quality. They are using pics from companies who sale high quality products but Temu make the same looking items in a very low and cheap material and quality. Their free items are just lie, they never send you anything for free. Don't lose your time and money with them.”

“I got a 250ml jug I stead of the 2 L jug I ordered, after I paid for it apparently the 2 L was no longer available and they sent me a 250 mL. I checked that the 2 L size was ticked before I hit the buy button.
Last time I order anything from them.”
“Omg. This is the worst service ever. I created a LEGIT profile with debit card. I keep on getting emails stating they keep refunding my purchases due to suspicious activity. After verifying my payment is legit. I had to re order items which some were now sold out. And attempted to order something else just to get the same email. Ugh. To verify now, they asked for a picture of a Bill statement. Hmmm. Very unorganized”
“You have zero pick of courier. Canada Post is the only courier that can enter my bldg. All other pkgs have been stolen with no reimbusement. Busy sidewalk, busy street, no care. Too risky to order from.”
