“I have been a long time customer of Temu. Not had a problem with returns, refunds or issues with Customer Service. My issue is how they scam you with the Fishland/Farmland games. After you pick your items (that usually don't cost more than 30/40 dollars) you have to spend hundreds of dollars trying to get the "FREE" items you picked. Your choices of items are also only on the pages they decide. The less expensive items for them. It takes more money than what the items you picked are worth to "win" them. My advice, order and pay for what you picked if you really want them. It will save you so much money. Don't get caught up in trying to win items. Temu is smart. They tease you with free offers but charge you hundreds to get them. Just buy them outright. I too was caught up on the games until I realized what was happening. Don't do it.”
“I am tired of placing orders and almost every order I have items that I have paid for left out of the order, and their “customer service “ is a nightmare to deal with. I have never called them with an issue where I was on the phone for less than an hour and few disputes have ever been settled in a way that was fair to me, nor was there any compensation offered for all of the time that I was left on hold. They are getting ready to loose a long term customer who has made a lot of purchases with them just to receive long hold times, without a proper resolution. As a handicapped individual, I really feel that this company has taken great advantage of me on multiple occasions with correctly reimbursing me for my time or the items that were not sent with my order that I paid for!!!!”

Once I placed that order and paid for the one item I quickly discovered I am supposed to get only the item I paid for. I No surprise there but I do feel it is very deceptive advertising - not company I want to do business with. Despite multiple follow-ups with their call center, I was met with complete indifference. The customer service team was unhelpful, ignored my concerns, and showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Even after explaining that the delayed item was no longer useful to me, they refused to cancel the order. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

A 11:55pm, they shut off the phone lines without bridging, informing or apologizing. If you are going to do business THE USA, learn the USA mannerisms concerning customer service!!!”

People kept telling us temu was better than SHEIN and we’ve been SHEIN customers for a long time until recently SHEIN went completely down the drain- we tried temu just once and had to send all the ladies clothes back and we kept a few things for our 5 month old daughter and I’m literally sitting here having to sew it together from one time use! We spent $15 on a set of 4 garments that are intended to go over the diaper, yet under a dress so you can’t see her underwear, and though gorgeous- they completely fell apart after one use! For a discount website $15 is expensive and I expected quality… suppose you can’t find quality anymore these days- I have to shop at thrift stores now so that I can guarantee it’s older and then I know it’s quality… it’s absolutely ridiculous and absurd!”
“I was promised a credit for a bunch of puzzles I ordered. I have reached out to them twice for this credit. They can no longer issue one now. Because it was in October. The puzzles were crushed, open and paper thin. If this is the way they are going to handle their customers. I am done. And I will spread the word, to not order from them.
