“I ordered a 26 inch dog bed dog bed and I received a 20 inch bed. I called to return the bed. They said I could keep the bed but it would cost me another $11.00 for them to ship me the correct size bed. I already paid full price for the larger bed. Why do I have to pay another $11.00 to get another bed, that I paid for already.
They gave me the run around over and over. I will not do business with them again!”

“UniUni delivered my package to the wrong house..I sent them a picture of my house..got a certificate for a refund but Temu would not honor it..I got no refund so beware they will scam you big time”
“As I received my purchased item through Temu, I received the package through a third-party.
I called Temu directly and was on the phone with a Representative for a half hour with no resolution to the issue that I had with the delivery.
I explained that I was to receive the item on the 25th of February and received the item on the 18th of February. Fine. However, there was no proof of delivery (no update, no email) to indicate of such.
Not only that, the outer package looks like it was deliberately torn open.”
“They offered me all kinds of free stuff, which I picked out and I also bought a couple of things. Come to find out two days after I bought the stuff they had charged me for everything except one item! I have not received my items yet and I am going to contact PayPal and request temu not be paid. They are a total RIP”
