“Temu sent me something that I did not order. Customer service kept me on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes while I was trying to get a refund. Once they agreed to give me a refund he pointed out that giving me a refund was a courtesy. Huh? Since this has happened before, I started to see the pattern. First they ask you stupid questions when you tell them that you received something you didn’t order. One of the questions “ was the item actually delivered to you ?” It got really stupid and then I explained to the individual on the phone that I was going to speak with my credit card company and then you can deal with them. The next day I received another order in which I ordered two items which were identical. Only one arrived. Guaranteed they will charge me for both and keep me on the phone for another hour and 15 minutes since they really are badly trained. If they send you two items that are identical when you didn’t order it they will charge you for both. If you order one item and two identical ones arrive they will charge you for both. This is why they have such a terrible reputation. It is well-deserved.”

“I made my first order with Temu via the app and put three heavily reduced items in my basket. The app automatically reduced the price even further as I went to checkout, meaning I had spent only £4.50, so an automated message flashed up on the screen that I must spend a minimum of £10 to compete payment. I chose three more items, also heavily discounted, putting my total spend up to £11.50 with free postage. I thought this was a bargain for the six items (cosmetics and toiletries). I paid via credit card and received a notification my order was being processed. The following day, on checking its progress, I found only three items were being sent as part of the order - the three additional ones I had put in my basket to make it up to over £10. The price of these three items had mysteriously increased since I paid, so the cost was about £11.50 for just three items instead of six. Meanwhile, the three items I really wanted were still sitting in my basket, apparently unpaid. When I contacted customer services to complain, they seemed unable to grasp what my problem was and said it was too late to change or cancel the order, because it had already been dispatched. I decided to buy the three items still in my basket (the ones I really wanted) but on trying to do so, the "minimum order spend" had now gone up to £15. I decided not to bother, as there was a chance the same thing would happen again. I shan't use them again.”
“used temu for months, love their products, even the clothing, but you MUST read reviews and make your decisions from there, but this may do temu in for me, ordered july 25th, temu split into two packages, supposedly for faster delivery, pkg with multilple items delivered in time frame but single item package is still outstanding, requested the $5 credit for late delivery, but temu had changed delivery date on single item, 5 to 10 days delivery is what temu originally est for delivery, now they changed delivery for single item to aug 1-5, not fair, i fully expect a $5 credit for the lateness of this order or i have placed my last temu order!”

“I've made a few orders from TEMU. For the most part, I've been satisfied with the merchandise. I did have to make a couple of returns and they were promptly handled. My problem is trying to track an order which is not showing up in my account and for which I have no confirmation. Of course, my card has been charged. I've tried the only way TEMU can be contacted: the dreaded "Live" Chat!! I've explained that I don't have an order number BECAUSE they never confirmed the order. However, they keep asking for the dreaded order number. I've given them my phone no., card info, email address, amount of the charge to my card....no dice. The bigger problem is that apparently this magical CHAT is the ONLY way to contact TEMU. I can't find a telephone number on the site or an email to their support center. I've filed a dispute with my card holder. This is my first hiccup with TEMU, but it's extremely annoying to not be able to talk to somebody with a heartbeat.”

“I just read an article about Chinese Merchants being outraged about I t Temu's "Refund w/o Return" policy. Let me give you the answer. It's simple and effective and it will put an end to this BS that Chinese Merchants are screaming about.
SHIP ITEMS IN BOXES!!! when you ship things in ridiculously tightly taped bags, things WILL get broken, corners of metal signs WILL get bent. I'm going to step out on a strong limb and say that 95% of your complaints are that things are damaged and the shipping bags are damaged.
Now, why should the consumer be saddled with paying to ship products back to Temu, in whatever country they were shipped from when the fault is on Temu and HOW they ship purchases?? The tape is SOOOOO tight and anything that goes through the mail handling system is going to get banged around and either damaged or broken.

Received everything I order and if I’m not happy, can get an automatic refund for one item without an issue. Just make sure the seller is Temu. Temu lets other companies sell their products so I’m waiting for a refund. Be careful of that”
