“If you want clothing that is 2-3 sizes smaller than what you ordered, cheap plastic junk that falls apart in as soon as one week, shoes that run 2 sizes too small and pinch and packages that take 6-8 weeks to get, this place is for you. One package arrived with everything inside wet! No tears on the package but everything damp and smelled of mold.”
“Been ordering from them for a while but the last few orders there have been problems.Ordered a sheet set that was advertised as white they sent me Tan ones with a completely different pattern. When I tried to get them to send a return label so I could have it picked up. (I am home bound.) This was the same day I received the item. And a unopened package. They refused said they would give me a $11 refund only on a $36 item. I do not recommend this company they treat you awful. Advertise you can even keep one item per order this was around large order. I did not even want to keep the sheet set. I wanted to return them.I guess since it is a overseas company they can make false claims without getting in trouble cause since this incident have talked to a lot of people and all have said the same. They do it all the time. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“The 1st line Customer Service people are fine.. When it gets expedited to next level nothing happens.. In the past 6 orders there have been issues. Recently I placed two orders one regular way because it had electronics. That 2nd order shipped with electronics The first order placed that day I paid to expedite the other order and the first day it could arrive is tomorrow 7/2.. Window is July 2nd to 8th. Even if it ships tomorrow it wont make it given what I have recently experienced hence me paying 12.90 US to expedite. I just got off phone, ( I did virtual agent 2 days ago) and order still has not been gathered. He explained that some items are out of stock . I requested they just cancel those items and ship rest. Nope.. it had already been escalated, an action I find to be useless, though I am given a credit 😅 I wonder why Temu thinks I want to do this anymore. Your system isn't working anymore, perhaps you have grown too big. I also find it amusing that you will give me a 13.00 credit if it goes past the 8th? Darn straight you will.. because you will refund my expedite shipping. No thank you on Temu credit. Buyers be aware.. this isn't the good deal it once was.. and though the 1st round of people are always helpful, their hands are tied to influence anything.”
“I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent encounter with Temu. Despite returning incorrect items, I haven't received my balance refund of 25 QAR, which is still pending. To add insult to injury, they're requiring me to place another order worth at least 125 QAR to process the refund. This experience has left a sour taste, and I cannot recommend Temu to anyone. Their service is subpar, and their refund policy is inflexible and frustrating. I'm forced to spend an additional 100 QAR to meet their minimum order requirement, which is unacceptable. Avoid using Temu unless you want to risk facing similar issues."”
“I ordered clothes With Temu these clothes could fit a person as five too. I’m 62, I’m very disappointed in the items that I received this time in the order, also the packaging anymore is very bad. The packages was halfway almost open. One box that I ordered was a backpack I have pictures of that That box was in a burlap sack, and the box was all mangled, when I took the helmet out. I was upset scratches everywhere, not satisfied with the clothing nor the helmet nor the way they packaging their stuff if that’s the case then all of it needs to be bubbled wrap then put in a plastic bag if you’re putting it in plastic to save down on box”

First problem I had to replace the zips as the ones fitted keep on splitting open.
Second problem boots are starting to split open. .
These boots are not even 6 months old”
“I ordered some clothing that were on sale. I realised soon after placing the order the size would be wrong. I contacted them straight away but was told the order could not be changed even though the items were available in the other size.
I cancelled my other orders totalling over $200 immediately. Won’t be buying from them again.”
“They didn’t deliver me package to my home address, they put in some box 2km from my address. We obviously don’t have options to choose delivery. I am not able to go to that box. The delivery provider which Temu choose in Croatia said that cannot send to my address because this is how rhey work. So dear Temu, choose wisely and made options for us about delivery.
