Unfortunately, my bank account was unexpectedly charged without any explanation, prompting me to block my card to prevent further unauthorized deductions.
Given these experiences, I’m uncertain whether I’ll use their services again. The products, especially the watches, may not withstand long-term use.

“Temu makes it as hard a possible to get a refund or send items back for a refund, they expect your payment up front and then give you the “run around” if you are not happy with the item or service you have received.

“The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them...
So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!”
“I had a new card, and didn’t buy really anything except for my bills I always have, and sure enough right after buying something from Temu, I got all these fraudulent charges over $300 and had to immediately block my card. “I am extremely sad and angry about my entire Temu experience. I ordered an item in May, it is July 4th - still have not received the item. It was no option for a refund and they never updated the order delivery status. After reaching out to Temu virtual assistance, I was giving the option for a refund. It could take 5-30 days depending on your bank. And then I was offered a 20% discount on next purchase, but if the item says $45.99 once I go to purchase the item, the price mysteriously jumps to twice as much and the 20% discount is only for the $45.99 not the new mysterious double price that was charged.Pictures on site is very deceiving. Please thoroughly read what you are actually purchasing, because I ordered a marker kit, the picture shows a full set of markers, but underneath it was a few random markers that they pick for you. This company lies and deceives its customers consistently. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!”

Customer care is outsourced and it shows in the way that customers are looked after, resolutions to a satisfactory level is seldom achieved and leads to more frustration to the paying customer. Products are fair but you get what you pay for. Delivery is where they fail miserably with certain courier services like SAMEDAY couriers failure to deliver at all. Again, avoid this company at all costs to save you the hassles many other people are going through. “Temu is a scam. Whatever they put on thea app is totally different. Pictures ar big compared to the actual commodities u recieve and once u place your order u can't know how much is which item. U can't track your expenditure and I believe they include other items when ure placing an order”
