I claimed on PayPal but the forms made it impossible to explain my case and paypal refused my claim. I am still waiting for a refund from Temu. I have never been able to redeem any of these offers. What's going on? Generally I find them great to deal with. Iove their tracking service and they have been totally reliable at all times. “There is scam going on with Temu if you buy something the merchant that you are buying from creates a fake usps number and does not pay for shipping when your order is received at the post office you have to pay for shipping”
“Frankly I don't know why Temu has such bad reviews. I have ordered several times from them and never had any problems. The product are mostly low to medium quality indeed, but always arrive on time, and they immediately refund the money if you're not happy with some product, usually do not even require that you send it back. You don't get Gucci and Prada for these prices, but so far I find their service and practices to be totally reliable.”
