“Temu hired a courier service that won't deliver to my address. I have 3 orders that I cannot get delivered and Temu refuses to refund. Temu insisted that I spend an enormous amount of time proving non-delivery. That is very difficult when the courier co won't answer their phones or respond to emails. I have no idea where my parcels are and Temu will not check into it. I am out $170.”

“This app seems like a good deal and they make you think your getting something free but you never do. Each item, even if put in one cart and pay, will have a $2.99 shopping fee. So if you pick 10 items you will be charged $29.90 for shipping. It hooks you with there spins but they deceive. Grrr”

“I got a notification that Temu uses maersk shipping . Maersk is the same company used to carry bombs and the same company that ships bombs the same company that has had the blood of thousands on its hands. When I asked customer service before all my orders were shipped they denied it and had the audacity to tell me the order was not processed on their end and by the time I was able to confirm they couldn't cancel my order because they shipped it. Do not order temu if your are pro palestine pro Sudan pro Congo pro Lebanon and pro life.”

“They processed a payment that I did not authorize. Allegedly I made a purchase on the 22nd of October, but received no confirmation email. The last time I made any kind of purchase and had it delivered was in February according to the only account that I have. Never gave me any kind of confirmation email on this fraudulent purchase and then told my credit card company that it was in fact a valid purchase. Despite the fact that it was nowhere to be found in my purchase history, my browsing history and I have no confirmation email. Not only did they violate their own terms of service saying they will not process payments that are not authorized, but they lied to my credit card company saying that I did in fact make this purchase despite them having no proof of it whatsoever. Like I said it's nowhere to be found in any of my history and I never got a confirmation email about this fraudulent charge. Don't do business with this crooked company.”
“I tried to place several orders on Black Friday with Temu. The first order went through fine, however, they cancelled each subsequent order and refunded my money. They wrote: We have detected unusual payment activity on your Temu order. It took forever to find out why since it isn’t easy getting someone to speak to. I was finally told that whenever an order is placed for over $100 they don’t let it go through unless you send them a screenshot of your credit card payment activity. They then hold any orders for 24 hours. Ok. Then why not hold the orders instead of canceling them and refunding my money? I guess if you order 1 item, they let it go through. Anything else, it’s just a major pain. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.”
