“This was the worst experience I've ever had. The quality of the products was very poor, and the packaging they send is low-quality. Yet, they expect returns to be in perfect condition. “TEMU is a big scam!!! Always hearing good things so decided to try it out yesterday and bought some nice looking things so was happy and didnt need or expect anything more! This morning I get an email saying 4 free items so I go to check it out and the “ coupon” says buy 4 items get 4 free so I figure ok cool I'll do that. I order and pay for items and the next screen comes up for me to pick my 4 free items and I do that then yay next screen now pick your $30 qualifying purchase to receive your 4 free items?????? WAIT WHAT??? the 4 free items were supposed to be free for buying the original 4 items NOPE THATS A SCAM SET UP TO MAKE YOU SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY TO GET THOSE FREEBEES EVEN AFTER YOU ALREADY SPENT MONEY TO EARN THEM!!!!!! So I cancelled that order and after I receive my original order from yesterday ( which i was happy with and if they wouldnt have pulled this scam ……) I will NEVER USE TEMU AGAIN!!!”

“This company is questionable. Expect multiple shipments for a single order and the nightmare of order reconciliation. If ordering a few items ONLY, your experience may be pleasurable. Overall quality of goods for the price is good. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
Don't expect to "win" any items. Everyone gets the same results. Checkout is timed (if you have discounts). During the 10 minute purchase windows expect 6 mins of pop ups. It's awful”
“My bank card was frauded today that I use for Temu. The transactions were in Hong Kong. I live in Canada. Things started getting weird when I submitted a refund for items that hadn’t been sent. I’ve been getting multiple emails a day from Temu to “accept a credit back” or “we apologize for the delay of your items, please accept a credit”. Sketchy company. I read all this before I signed but and tested my luck. Clearly, I was fooled…”
“Was so upset. 2 times my package were not delivered . Even had there delivery person stole my package. Take pictures saying they delivered and was caught on camera. Jacket red black and white . With the word malicious print. My ring phone announces my package was here went out side and nothing took a picture by my jeep and by the light to say it was deliverd . When going out to get the delivery person took it the next door saw it . So I called may times still waiting on my money back or package. We work for our money. I will not order again.
