“I never received my order; after I got a message from Temu that my order was delivered, I contacted Temu to let them know that was not the case. After many failed attends, I was able to talk with a person, just to get even more frustrated. They asked me to prove I didn't receive the order, really? And to be patient and wait 24 hours, after I already wait 48. I asked them the time of delivery so I could prove I hadn't received the package, but there was no response.
I also contacted the delivery company, On Trac, and the same results were a big waste of time. They were able to tell me the time and day of delivery. I happen to have surveillance cámaras. I sent both companies proof that no one delivers any packages an hour before and after delivery time, also I waited of time. Keep getting the same message, YOUR CASE HAD BEEN CLOSE"”

“Temu gave me a 100 credit I tried to use it . The items I wanted cost 69.00 I tried to empty my cart but temu demand I use all the 100 credit so I did total the 100. But instead of credit they tried to charge me 112.00 instead of them using the 100 credit they promised me so I cancelled it all and called my bank. Do not trust these people or this app. Total scam just use amazon or other reliable apps no scams.i will be deleting account and this app.”
“Received item delivery the day after the items arrived. I only found this out because when I received the e-mail I was outside to get the package within 5 minutes. Nothing there!! I went back to the tracking page and they have a photo of the packages that is dated the day before I got the delivered package e-mail. Neither Temu or the delivery service OnTrac claimed any responsibility for the lost package. It looks like I am out the money I paid. Over $60. Stay as far away as you possibility can from Temu!!!”
“I ordered an $11 tshirt and my bank posted the charge but Temu wanted account validation, which I did several times, to no avail. My daughter REALLY wanted the tshirt so I tried the order with a different credit card. Same outcome! Got a refund.”

1- for there packaging 1 star only they put everything in a plastic bag and lucky if your items are not damage
2- they have clearly indicated if the item is damage or missing or late they will refund or give u 5 $ credit, but is all misleading , i order T-Track and they suppose to be 2 pieces but only one came and i went to there site and put the concern of missing one but no answer or email .
3- Pls read the discription of the product twice and dont be fooled by the picture as all their product pictures are misleading.
4- u will be getting notification from them that u will get 100% discount but when u choose ur item u have to pay full price.
5- i can not tell u where to buy or not but I do recommend Princes Auto they are a Canadian company with a lot of things that we need.
