"Based on the rules, I reached the 100 percent threshold for an event that paid $350 to PayPal 19-22 Jun. Temu claimed that a refund on a 9 dollar item negated the event conditions. The total orders were over $520 and I did not request the return untill well after I qualified for the prize. Not only is this unethical to retract a reward after the fact but the negative customer service and good will has been has damaged. I will continue to provide negative reviews regarding event susceptibility to arbitrary rule interpretation not beneficial to the consumer."
