“Such a great tent! We love sleeping in our stingray just as much as we love hanging out in it during the day. Really happy with the materials and construction of the tent and all the extras it comes with. We're tree tent people now!”

“I Love my Tentsile! It takes a little practice setting it up to get the proper alignment and tension and making it level. Set up is fast, now, takes a few minutes to level it out, a little trial and test. I have 17 nights in it this year already, been through a couple of heavy rain storms. Its an awesome night sleep! I sleep great in it. Im 6’3, 230lbs.”

“Great products and super friendly people to deal with. Out of at least 10 orders only one had an issue that wasnt from them but they resolved it very quickly even though it wasnt their responsibility.”

“I love the tent overall, but have already had some issues with one of the zippers on a back corner of the tent popping loose from the zipper area, as well as an issue with my rainfly tearing on one of the corners from wind battery. I do leave it set up for a couple weeks at a time, in some cases, but not that often.”

“money first? safety last! the weblocks you sent me has so deep scratches and scarfs that the straps will be cutted! I am so afraid to use this. how the hell can such a poor/dangerous quality leave a company? I guess no money for quality checks, neither for any nor for safety parts. customerservice is also not with tentsile. ordered and paid in January, but still the delivery is not complete. and I never ever got an information (in advance) when the missing parts will arrive. btw:corona, brexit,..., are of course reasons for delays. but I would have had expected at least the information from customerservice that there is an delay and roundabout the best guessed delivery date. Sry that's too poor to leave the customer alone with an uncompleted delivery and no signs when/if the missing parts still will be delivered. I am so disappointed it is hard to put in words”

I am sorry that it seems updates on your order seem to have been missed off from our small team and we are truly sorry for this. In regards totes dangerous products can you please contact us immediately bait this and send us some photos so we can resolve this asap.

“Purchased the safari stingray And Set it up on my property in Southern Ohio. Unfortunately my twin granddaughters Kicked me out, So they could break it in for the 1st night. I had to spend the night In my boring cabin while they enjoyed A night out in the trees. What a great quality tent, Very comfortable And suspended up in the trees wow! Friends and family are lining up to try it out. I'm going to have to charge admission😉”

“Poor quality of the parts of the tent, e. g. sharp edges in the weblock which (naturally) cuts the straps. no/baddest ever seen customer service. Delivery after 3months is still not complete, still waiting since January for the missing parts, despite you dishonour people of tensile promised it for march. I paid in January. All in all: bad quality, not honest, not fast, not friendly not correct, no service. Very, very disappointing”

“J’adore les produits Tentsile : la qualité, la diversité et les prix sont abordables et justifiés. Cependant, le service à la clientèle laisse à désirer : souvent aucune nouvelle sur l’état de nos commandes. Le délai de livraison est souvent très long et parfois sans nouvelle, et on doit communiquer avec la compagnie. Aussi, sur 5 commandes, 4 d’entre elles n’avaient pas le bon item ou item manquant.”

“L'idée de dormir suspendu entre les arbres est proprement addictive, au point de partir dehors en plein hiver. Il n'est en outre pas toujours facile de trouver un emplacement, mais quand on est motivé, c'est comme un jeu et cela procure même du plaisir. Le concept est osé, mais génial.”

“I absolutely love my safari stingray 3 person tent! My childhood dreams have come true and I could not be happier with this product! My only advice is to use heavier duty zippers on the openings. It can be difficult to zip up openings when weight is in the tent. I cannot wait to wake up in the trees agin soon in my Tensile tent!”

“With the first order, we had very slow delivery. Second order was send from China, and we had to deal with costoms, though we were previously informed,, the order would be shipped from germany.”

“The tree tents from Tentsile are really cool and high quality. Unfortunately my last order was a replacement for a defect tent, and this order got affected by unexpected delays, so it took about 3 months to receive it (and I did not receive any information from customer service about any delays out of the ordinary 28 days shipping time). I was also several times in contact with customer service to avoid getting double-taxed for the replacement, and even after several reminders and being assured they would take care of it, they did apparantly not know how to do it properly as I got this extra charge.. Tentsile has promised to solve the situation, but I spent quite a lot of time dealing with all this extra issues so the customer service did not meet the expectations this time.”

“Where do I start? Our group of friends have been enjoying tentsile products for years (since the first trilliums were released). We are affiliates with Tentsile and recommend their products to anyone who enjoys outdoor time. Not only are the products stellar, but the Tentsile team stand by their word and handle any issues a client has. Excellent quality, fantastic experiences, and smiles all around. Fully recommend!”
