“We bought a tensile stingray for our son's 9th birthday. This gift was the best thing we have ever bought him. He loves hanging out in it. He uses it not only for camping, but also to hang in the backyard as a tree fort. It's easy to set up, and our family of four can comfortably fit. If you aren't sure about purchasing one, I would recommend it. You wont regret it.”

“I had to send over 30 emails to Tentsile over half a year just to get them to send the box so I could get my 700$ safari stingray repaired after It ripped from weak materials the first time I set it up. I'm not dumb I've set up regular stingray tents before. ALSO when I brought the holes that developed from sticks falling onto my rainfly after leaving it setup over 2 days... they told my the obvious holes were "air bubbles" I even sent them pictures of the holes. water comes through them but I'm tired of fighting to get a response. You should do better Tentsile and send new materials without fighting your customers and making them send over 30 emails. I got the safari because it has a 5 year warranty and was suppose to be made with stronger materials. The whole expirence has soured my view of the entire company.”

“We have the stingray from a couple of years ago - just amazing overall, easy to setup, fun, allows you to camp in a spot that normally you couldn't (though do watch not to overally trample the area!). When I lost a piece, the support team was very responsive/helpful in helping my get a new one.”

“Authenticity and quality ... I exceed my expectations widely, the quality of the material, the seams, the aesthetics, the details themselves are really impressive! They thought about everything, honestly much more than I expected, I had never seen a tent of that size, even the briefcase where the tree tent comes is of excellent quality and as it is made thinking of everything, it is not just any briefcase made only by the commitment to save the product (tree tent), its aesthetics and quality are very good. In my case, the Stingray Tree Tent for 3 people is much more! of what your description says. And the service provided excellently good! , The attention I received was really incredible, I dare to say with all certainty that much better than when one goes to buy "some product" physically from a store. Tentsile! congratulations for your attention and the service provided and thank you very much for creating such authentic tents with magnificent quality! ... UNIQUE EXPERIENCE! Greetings!”

“My Wife and I had been camping for two years together in a double fabric Hammock wishing there was a way to spread our limbs out more but still be attached to the limbs of the trees! After finally searching the Tentsile Tree Tents that we had been seeing in many Instagram posts, we pondered for hours whether we should make the investment. Well, if you are in this same process of thinking if it is worth it or not, you need to stop thinking and join us in knowing that you made the best investment that adventure can achieve. The only regret you will have is for not becoming a Tentsile fanatic earlier. Our Tentsile Tree Tent has opened our explorations to possibilities we would never have imagined were possible. It has become our home away from home even sleeping 20 nights last year through Minnesota's spring, summer, fall and winter! We have never had an uncomfortable night or experienced difficulties in setting it up. The Tentsile Tree Tent is more than a purchase, more than a tent, and even more than a tree tent. Tentsile is a Lifestyle and one that will make you craving to get out more, to learn more, and to ultimately concur great things that will make you a better you! So please get out and live! Thank you Tentsile, Cheers! P.S. make sure you tie to a tree trunk not the limbs* this was just wordplay... ;)”

“I really enjoy the quality of the tree tents. They really fit my style of car camping a little ways off the beaten path. I managed to camp an entire summer without any bad weather until fall when I learned my rain fly leaked. A couple of photos and brief email exchange with Tentsiles customer service and I had a replacement rainfly delivered in less than a week.”

“We already own several tents, including a RTT, a cabin tent and several swags, all of which take up considerable room when packing the vehicle for a trip, as a result of their small packaged dimensions, I started researching hammock, or tree tents, after checking out several brands I eventually purchased the Safari Stingray tent as a Christmas present for my sons, we have only owned the tent for around 2 months now and due to the wet season kicking in I have only really had the opportunity to use it the once and whilst the day started out beautiful towards the afternoon it poured, happy to say this is one of the driest tents I have ever camped in, there was not a drop of water or condensation inside the tent, these tents breath really well and even though we are in the tropics and around 25-27 degrees at night, without sleeping bags in the tent it was an extremely chilly night. The biggest hurdle with setting up the tent is finding 3 trees, at suitable distance and at the correct angle to suit manufacturers recommended limits, where we camped we could not, so I ended up using the bull-bar of my 4x4 as the 3rd tree. No problem. Once set up the area under the tent provided a great sheltered area for keeping dry and out of the rain. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would certainly look at purchasing again if the need arose.”

“Dear Madam ans Sirs, it is normally not my style but since you ask, please find my comments below. I am a fan of your product and marketing. However, I must admit that you made my christmas quite sad. No presents arrived in time. I made a big order and the communication was terrible. First I purchased something in the shop which I was not available, then I paid more and the goods did not arrive. No communication, although I rechecked once in a while. The order fulfillment was not good. With better communication the delivery problems could have been eased at least from the satisfaction point. Best regards, Hubertus Rump”

“We have a connect (2person) and my son camped out with two of his friends and the three of them were comfortable (13-year olds). Just got a pair of Uni tents and havent tried them yet. Overall very good quality. Easy to set up and take down, easily fits back in the carry bag.”

“I’m absolutely in love with my Tentsile Connect 2.0, which I got myself as an early Christmas present! The setup is really easy and straightforward, and only took about 10 minutes the first time. Even though it’s a two-person, I was able to comfortably sleep with my 8 & 10 year olds and we all had plenty of room. Our first setup was in late December, with temps in the high teens (F) and we stayed quite warm with the rain fly. I can’t wait to use it in the summer and stargazing without the fly. The construction is bomber and its equally comfortable with any hammock I’ve used. This thing is guaranteed to see a lot of use once the weather warms up a bit.”

“We love our hanging tent! We have been using it for six years. We used to camp one or two times per year. With the pandemic in 2020 we took nine camping trips. Our Tentsile tent is easy to set up, and level, and we sleep very comfortably without any muscle stiffness in the mornings. We had a couple of issues with seam tears, which I repaired on my sewing machine. We recently purchased the mat to hold bedding in place, and will try it out within a month - as our camping season will begin by the end of February in Georgia. Tensile has allowed us to get out in nature and have a wonderfully relaxing camping experience.”

“The tent has been wonderful. The rain fly has unfortunately torn in many places after minimal use due to falling sticks from the trees the tent is attached to. We're currently using a large tarp and a rope which is much better than the rain fly. Hoping Tentsile will patch or replace it with something a bit more sturdy.”
