As a long standing customer I shop weekly on click and collect. So with the current climate in mind I booked my slot a week ago with a small online order with the intention of amending the order before 12 noon on the day of collection, as I always do, however without previous notification Tesco have decided today to change this policy and I am now left with less than a third of my order awaiting collection. Customer service were also useless that was once I finally got though after being continously cut off. I can only image what awaits when I do actually collect later today!

Incredibly rude member of staff in Tesco's in borehamwood manning the self service tills on Sunday, he accused me of stealing a 45p bottle of water and took it upon himself to start rifling through my bags even though the receipt was in the bag, when the receipt did eventually come out the machine no apology or anything

Online order - After waiting 7 days for my groceries (earliest slot I could get) Less than a quarter of my order delivered all staple grocery items out of stock, potatoes, carrots, peas, beans, beef and fresh chicken peas, Milk substitution to oat milk which I never buy, Cabbage came so small and old leaves turning black (not what I would pick up if I was able to go out to shop) And nearly every item was a substitution so disappointed, my order was £140 but delivered was £50 and this included dog biscuits £12 and Mother’s Day chocolates £8 so the remaining £30 was groceries which is supposed to last 3 weeks. the next earliest delivery spot being three weeks away. So much for supporting the elderly in shielded isolation, will look elsewhere for support at these uncertain times.

In Tesco Cafe in Dunfermline, I ordered a roll with bacon and sausage. I took it back because I thought they had missed out most of my sausage, but surprisingly, I was told the sausage on the roll which was literally the size of my little finger was the correct amount of sausage. The roll cost £3.75 and the sausage alone cost £1.00. I got a refund and won’t be getting anything else at the cafe from now on. POOR SHOW TESCO.

A man reportedly conning people for money saying he has a child in car and needs petrol to get home . He done my mother in law for £5 today ! Now Tesco know about this man and yet , say there is nothing they can do , even thou there was a murder in car park , they still don’t have security and the means to stop prowlers ! Tesco’s is a shamble for the way they spoke to my mother in law and the lack of concern they showed regarding this matter

Horrible experience from Tesco Online shopping. Yesterday my boyfriend decided to order our grocery online from Tesco (after me insisting to shop in Asda, God knows for which reasons, we’ll find out soon). So I agreed on #Tesco. We spent our two precious hours of a day-off going through all the products available, taking into consideration our dietary restrictions. The next morning we were supposed to get our shopping but instead we received a call from the driver saying that he couldn’t find the way to get to our flat’s door since of one of the four different accesses is partially closed due to works going on since two weeks. So my boyfriend decided that he would kindly help the man by suggesting him the other possible ways how to get to the place but, instead, the driver decided to not to listen to him, complained and drove away keeping the shopping and left the place! Isn’t that funny? Hahahaha (ironically one week ago we did an order which was delivered without any problem). After calling the customer care centre and agreeing on postponing the delivery we received a message one hour later where they said they wont do the delivery at all!!!!! So my boyfriend, being very kind in nature, wrote a message to the customer service to proof the that the delivery was possible by recording them a video on “how to get here”! I was literally laughing on the laziness of the driver and on how unprofessional people can work for Tesco, one of the leading grocery store in the UK. All they have created was delays and frustrations. It was very disappointment to count on their customer service which didn’t do anything to resolve the matter and rather kept using this excuse: “I am really sorry BUT as this is something outwith our control, WE WON’T BE LOOKING TO GIVE ANY FORM OF GESTURE.” Their best apology was to delete our membership, including all the emails and the natural refund for the useless payment made, with only one difference, half of our list was missing on their refund list and that was also with different products which we didn’t even order! Amazing customer service (sarcasm of course).

To Tesco Marketing: FEEDBACK ON EMAIL MARKETING THAT TESCO DON'T WANT TO ADDRESS, PLEASE NOTE: The bulk of these so called offers are bad for everyone’s health as they are larded with sugar, corn syrup and fats. Please stop trying to sell these terrible products to me and take this on board on how you sell in and on your physical and virtual stores. I have never seen so much of this bad selling since I came back to Scotland. No wonder so many people here have ill health due to bad eating habits.

I went to Tesco today in Walsall (Littleton Road), this is my local Tesco. I done my weeks food shop, it was very manic which was expected due to the time of the year. I went to the Petrol Station on my way home to find i did not have my debit card, the one i used to pay for my shopping. Evidently, i was feeling very stressed, i emptied my bag and the customer service assistants where so helpful and patient in helping me find my card/calm me down. They advise i go back to Tesco and double check, in which i did. I ran into Tesco in a manic, as i was worried, i could see an extremely large queue at the customer service desk. Due to the importance of my request, i approached the front of the queue and simply stated that i had lost my debit card and to see if anyone has handed it in, i was scared that someone might have found it and used it in the time i was gone. I apologised to the customer at the front and advised i will go to the back of the queue, i just needed reassurance and some sort of support as i was by myself and scared. The customer service advisor, named Julie, was extremely rude, she stated i had to go to the back of the queue and wait my turn. This is completely understandable, but i have worked in retail over christmas for many and i understand how busy it can get but there was no need for the cold shoulder. I went to the back of the queue and waited ten minutes, and it was my turn. Julie served me once again, still with a chip on her shoulder. She initially called me over as it was my turn, but she did not engage or look at me, she continued her conversation with her co-worker. I stood and waited quietly, i did not want to be annoying, i just wanted my card back. Julie then asked if she could help me, even though i had told her the situation previously. I explained i lost my debit card and she asked my name, and she checked her system to find my name not there. She then advised they do not have the card, she said she has been at the counter for the past hour and no one has handed a card in. I was confused, and i advised julie to ask her co-worker or to look behind the till. Julie said no, because it would be in the system if they had it. I was confused and very very stressed out at this point, i suffer through anxiety and could feel my heart racing. As i was leaving the store, it was obvious i was not okay, this is when the security guard asked me if i was okay? In which i responded saying i lost my card, and asked the security guard if anyone had handed him my debit card? He said no, however he advised me to go to the till i was served at as sometimes the till assistants do not get a chance to go to the customer service desk straight away during the busy period. The security guard was wonderful in helping me find the till i was served at, the young girl at the till instantly recognised me to advise me that i left my card and she handed it in to customer service. I could feel my anxiety rise, i was extremely confused yet again. I did not want to face Julie again. I went back to security guard to ask for the manager, he took me to her. The manager was lovely to begin with, and she went with me to customer service to ask about my card. A young girl at the desk said yes, she pulled out a black security box and took my card out of it and gave it to me. I told the manager what happened Julie. Julie continued to be rude and aggressive, she advised she never knew the card was there. I felt like i was a victim of racism. I never have experienced anything like it, the way Julie spoke and looked at me was so downgrading and horrible. Her body language and tone of voice. No-one apologised, and from that moment i knew it was not the place for me to be. I understand christmas is a very busy period, however this is no excuse for me to be victimised or treated like this. I have not been able to relax all day from this as I cannot believe how i was treated. I suffer heavily from anxiety and circumstances like this. Individuals like Julie should NOT be the face of customer service counters, esp during this happy time of the year. I will spreading my story via social media and through friends and family. No-one should be downgraded or demeaned by Julie like i was today. I'm honestly so disappointed and shocked that she was hired with such a foul attitude and view of people. This incident happened on 18/12/2019, between the times of 13:10PM and 13:30PM. Please can the CCTV cameras be checked and my experience be reviewed. I expect Julie to have had a talk about how to treat customers esp when she does not know the circumstances and vulnerability of an individual. I would like an email response.

I placed an order yesterday and it turns out the company cancelled the order and didnt care to even let me know. I got a confirmation of the order on the day of the delivery. I even got a text on the day saying the delivery would be in the first two hours of the four hour slots they provide. Just a waste of time.

Fed up with ordering online and not receiving items as 'not available'. And I'm not trusting these dinlo's to offer a suitable alternative ! Example: My friend ordered a vegan pizza, but was substituted with a pepperoni ! (there's a reason why he ordered vegan !) This time I didn't receive coffee in my delivery, but who accepts any substitute for their coffee !! It's a specific preference ? Surely in 2019 there is a way to identify if you actually have the product to sell me, before I receive sweet f.a at the door ? poor performance Tescos, time to try elsewhere
