“Tesco extra in Andover hants has been selling whole chickens that are gone off but still in date, you open the packet and it stinks like fish, it's not a one off either sadly as it's happened numerous times”

“I did buy TV in Tesco on May this year. The TV get broken. I went back to Tesco Shrewsbury, at shop they did tell me I need to call the Tesco tech support, and the games started. They took the TV for service after a big fight, and kindly send back with information the TV is working properly and doesn't need any service. I put TV on for first few hours and it worked perfectly but after a while it lost all picture on screen. The signal is 100 or 95 percent, but I can't watch TV because it got no picture but a crackling voice. I called them back and I requested all paper work so I can take them to court. But is nothing done and makes so much problem. My advice if you don't have nothing to do go and buy electric from Tesco and they make you very unhappy and busy. Also you will have 1 extra dud at home.”

“Well My GDPR is breached guys. Tesco guys acting bully in store and outdoor. I am overcharged and the CEO cant do anything. Tesco 2994 has became more biased and racially monopolistic. The managers bully customers and make them run away. The customer services never able to resolve problem. Employees salary hours are changed on computer system and people work for free. Poor”

“I won second prize in a competition!!!! And the prize was an entry into another competition it's a con to find who supplies your energy ,insurance holidays,mobile supplier etc etc who is in charge of your competitions Honest Boris Johnson .?”

“charge customers £70 for using their carpark when grocery shopping - will never shop here again , and don't bother complaining to the CEO as he fobs you off with their terrible customer service team”

“terrible customer service. Also charged me £70 for using there car park for a shopping as I went to another store before theirs. Did my shopping in there store every week but NEVER again. wish i could give 0 stars for being treated this way”

“Terrible service. Brought a TV which constantly turns itself off or freezes. Was told I had to buy a USB for them to send me an update. They then said that they would post one out which didn't come. After chasing I finally got this and the update didn't work. They now want to take my TV for at least two days to repair with a mere £15 as compensation. The TV I have only had for 5 months and has had this issue from the start. Terrible customer service, would highly recommend a different supermarket”

“Today June 25th 2019 the cafe at Exeter Tesco have myself and my husband a awful service kept waiting for ages while a staff member was served then when I asked for a cheese sandwich I was abruptly told all we have are on the shelf I pointed out you advertise freshly made sandwiches also that I have allergies tomatoes then I was offered afresh made sandwiche then I was asked white or brown bread I said Brown please then after waiting again I was asked again white or brown bread I said have told you Brown she said I forgettable were not clean staff standing around no soap in the toilets dreadful experience my till receipt is 48/7511”

“Absolutely Disgusting Advert the lady with the green swimming suit grosly over weight what in God's name would you even begin to think this is anyway healthy and better still promote this to young people? “Thanks Tesco. You have closed your fish counters and deli counters, so that I now have to go to Morrisons for these. So... whilst I am at Morrisons fish counter and meat counters I do ALL my shopping there. I also get my petrol and Diesel from Morrisons. I was told that Tesco did a survey and found that customers no longer want choices of fresh fish or meat. Where did you do that survey, I wonder? I am confident that Tesco carry out surveys where they know they will get the results they would like. This company refuses to listen or to care about its customers. So why should I care about giving my custom to Tesco. 59% of reviewers recommend Tesco. This is a pretty poor result.”

“Tesco is not that bad quick and easy same with deliveries BUT don’t buy any MEAT.! Stinking even with good BB Date, opened pack of chicken smelled awful and had mould inside 3 DAYS BEFORE ITS BBD !!!!!”

“I ordered on line. My shopping wasn’t delivered, money was debited from my bank account. Somebody call me and said my order was cancelled cause of absence and I will get my money back while 5 days. On app on line it’s said order was delivered! Excuse me?? Is that a joke? It was last time when I ordered my food in Tesco! I am totally disappointed. To shut me up I got £10 to use it in Tesco for next shopping 😂. No thank you ! I want my money back. U froze my money for 5 days! Is that ok? Never again! No recommend at all. The worse shop ever!”

“As I approached a store assistant, a Harry Kane lookalike served me after going bright red he showed me where the condoms are. He then proceeded to make a rubbish joke about how he done stuff with Madeleine McCann. As he turned round he nearly took my head off with his big nose. He's got a prison haircut and his teeth looked like he was hit by a bus. As I walked out the store the slabhead shouted TTTTEEEEESSCOOOOO!!!! ( Like Harry Kane ) . P.S. IF he had something wrong with him, I wouldn't be surprised.”

“Was offered an interview during my last week of uni. Had many assignments to be completing but I had to prepare for a phone interview, sat waiting for a call for over an hour, however didn't receive a call. I phoned them and was promptly hung up on. I also emailed and still haven't heard back despite their guarantee to get back to me within two days. Very impersonal and unprofessional. When I visit the stores the employees are always chatting, and customers end up waiting ages for the self serve to be approved due to their long conversations whilst working. Not impressed.”

“Lack of signage for bank holiday hours. Waiting for a hour for it to open as per website. Always being hit with cage's in the night with out apologies. Customers are just in the way. How do you pack your bags, heavy bottle on top of crushables? No? Scanned my drinks but staff wouldn't de-tag and let me put in bag so I scanned next items and put to one side and paid so they take tag off bottle and I go to pack to be told I've not paid for the other items yet? On which they scan them for a second transaction... On doing this I was charged twice for an item which I discovered on checking receipt at home. The store won't accept my word and refund and if I walk out with the item I have paid for its theft. Do a stock take Tesco your a product up. The store has awful customer service.”
