Our days you cannot trust humans, they are worst than animals, today I went to Tescos and bought item inside box comes 6 and cost £30, but other box with 3 cost £10 something, in the end no difference between it just quantity and the price, but the funny part the Tesco in catford didn’t make clear both prices I was surprise in payment but because embarrassment I took the expensive one if I know that cost £30 before hit the automatic cashier I will not taken, is a shame you cannot even trust some people try to represent the government, what disgusting evil workers tescos having. they are demons

They sent me 8 products with a short shelf life which I refused. Complained and all I git is we are sorry we are refunding you. I actually ordered these products because I have a disability and was at home waiting for this only to be thoroughly disappointed and receiving a proverbial pat on the back for my troubles. Tesco direct NEVER AGAIN

Tesco Goodge Street Tottenham Court Road Despicable service from this branch and outrages response from a senior manager of the CEO team; Mismanagement; incompetent and chaotic duty manager; verbal assault from the staff sale assistant. Contacted the Head office which was not a high standard, letter response with no complaint reference number, failure to outline the matter, not engaging with me with a despicable and unethical response from the CEO's complaints manager team mentioned that I have been giving a £ 10 voucher as if my serious complaints was worth a tenny to add insult to injury. I have requested a call back from the area manager again another failure from this retail company, unable to comply with the deontology act' code, not taking seriously complaints, brushing away the matter it is scandalous to have such poor standard in our high street and this should be as a matter of emergency address by the regulators which I will be contacting very soon now and further action will be taken

Absolutely appalling security in place at Tesco. Period. Car got hit by another shopper so therefore I tried to request CCTV footage to forward to my insurance company to support my case only to be told by the security staff the outside CCTV is not 'live recording' - meaning is not being recorded ! What is the point of them ? And said to me that I have to follow the process/procedure and contact head office so I did and given them the required info they wanted only for them to say to me the incident indeed was NOT recorded at the time and only recorded if the security guard is present and wishes to ! What kind of work ethics is that? I thought the principles of multiple CCTV in and outside the premises is because the security cannot be everywhere at the same time and / or lack of security staff ! And the security guard even said to me at the time in a defensive way that Tesco are not responsible for what happens to cars parked - customers park at their own risk - yeah maybe so then again I did NOT blame Tesco nor say they were responsible, i know exactly who was responsible it was the car that hit me who was responsible, I just wanted the CCTV footage to support my case to the insurance company ! And isn't it ironic that misuse of the car park in many ways at Tesco can result in a fine or even car being towed away - Yep money talks ! So now I will not go to Tesco as I don't feel safe to leave my car there or even drive there and very importantly MY SAFETY / well being ! Shame on you Tesco !

Absolutely appalled with the service I’m being given regarding a 3 month old tv i bought that no longer works. Still not resolved even though I’ve taken today off work for it getting collected only to be told it’ll be tomorrow so another day off work unpaid! Do ALL my grocery shopping at Tesco as well as petrol. Needless to say i won’t be doing it anymore 😡

1 star is too much. Was let down because of the drivers inability to find a post code. 150 people waiting for a BBQ for a staff event. When I called was told they could re deliver in the afternoon. Totally useless. Order was for £380 of food and drink. Will never use this service again.

Not happy at all. I bought a Tesco digital giftcard today, it came threw but didnt have the barcode on. Underneath in the terms it say if using on a mobile device and the barcode doesn't scan the staff member will enter the 19 digit card number and pin. So thinking I will be able to use it I drive 5 mile to the nearest tesco store (rowlands gill, tyne and wear). When I get there I get my shopping, take it to the checkout, tell the cashier that theres no barcode but they can enter card number + pin. They call a supervisor over, they enter the gift card number, it shows I have the balance available but doesn't let them process my purchase. By this time there is a queue behind me. So not only did I waste fuel for a 10 mile journey but I was also humiliated in front of other customers.

bought Tesco sun dried tomatoes recently-absolutely appalling!!! didn't notice till afterwards that the product is actually reconstituted tomato. Actually had consistency and taste of wet cardboard

The recipe of Tesco's Raspberry Trifles desserts 3×145g packs seems to have changed for the worse as they now taste bland and of much poorer quality.

Tesco extra in Andover hants has been selling whole chickens that are gone off but still in date, you open the packet and it stinks like fish, it's not a one off either sadly as it's happened numerous times

I did buy TV in Tesco on May this year. The TV get broken. I went back to Tesco Shrewsbury, at shop they did tell me I need to call the Tesco tech support, and the games started. They took the TV for service after a big fight, and kindly send back with information the TV is working properly and doesn't need any service. I put TV on for first few hours and it worked perfectly but after a while it lost all picture on screen. The signal is 100 or 95 percent, but I can't watch TV because it got no picture but a crackling voice. I called them back and I requested all paper work so I can take them to court. But is nothing done and makes so much problem. My advice if you don't have nothing to do go and buy electric from Tesco and they make you very unhappy and busy. Also you will have 1 extra dud at home.

Well My GDPR is breached guys. Tesco guys acting bully in store and outdoor. I am overcharged and the CEO cant do anything. Tesco 2994 has became more biased and racially monopolistic. The managers bully customers and make them run away. The customer services never able to resolve problem. Employees salary hours are changed on computer system and people work for free. Poor

I won second prize in a competition!!!! And the prize was an entry into another competition it's a con to find who supplies your energy ,insurance holidays,mobile supplier etc etc who is in charge of your competitions Honest Boris Johnson .?

charge customers £70 for using their carpark when grocery shopping - will never shop here again , and don't bother complaining to the CEO as he fobs you off with their terrible customer service team

terrible customer service. Also charged me £70 for using there car park for a shopping as I went to another store before theirs. Did my shopping in there store every week but NEVER again. wish i could give 0 stars for being treated this way

Terrible service. Brought a TV which constantly turns itself off or freezes. Was told I had to buy a USB for them to send me an update. They then said that they would post one out which didn't come. After chasing I finally got this and the update didn't work. They now want to take my TV for at least two days to repair with a mere £15 as compensation. The TV I have only had for 5 months and has had this issue from the start. Terrible customer service, would highly recommend a different supermarket

Today June 25th 2019 the cafe at Exeter Tesco have myself and my husband a awful service kept waiting for ages while a staff member was served then when I asked for a cheese sandwich I was abruptly told all we have are on the shelf I pointed out you advertise freshly made sandwiches also that I have allergies tomatoes then I was offered afresh made sandwiche then I was asked white or brown bread I said Brown please then after waiting again I was asked again white or brown bread I said have told you Brown she said I forgettable were not clean staff standing around no soap in the toilets dreadful experience my till receipt is 48/7511

Absolutely Disgusting Advert the lady with the green swimming suit grosly over weight what in God's name would you even begin to think this is anyway healthy and better still promote this to young people? Absolutely lost for words & shame on you Tesco you should be making young people be healthy & exercise not the likes of this gross human being yuk!
