Ordered home delivery last week to apartments in the apartment block, when arrived driver told me it's unsafe for him to enter the block ( both of us was wearing masks) left me with 4 cases in front of the gate and drove away, it took me a while to bring heavy boxes to my apartments, what's the point of that service? Cancelled all my business with that company and will never shop with them again

Waited 3 weeks for my delivery day for the very first time with Tesco home delivery 2 hours before the time slot they have a power cut and can't deliver my food for a few more days and I will get an email when that was no good for me as I won't be in the area so I cancelled the order over the phone 2 Days Later got another email stating a day it will arrive with an extra charge after I've already cancelled the order completely bad business Tesco never again

Order not delivered. The man on telephone could not sort it out. Said he would ring me back. Rang back but still not sorted. Said he would ring back later. 3 hours later still no call. I rang again to get someone different. She said the van had broken down and I should have had a message. Could deliver tomorrow only at 10 pm. I said that wasn't convenient but was told it was that slot or nothing. Got an email the following day to say the order was cancelled but they had still taken payment and would refund me between 3 to 5 days. Shocking!!!!!!

I ordered a Tefal Wok and picked up some groceries with it. I chose my delivery date and sat back looking forward to this Wok. Groceries were delivered, Wok wasn't. They had run out of stock! I went back online and the Wok was still in stock! I ordered again this time with no groceries. I picked the only available delivery date 2 weeks away!. To my dismay the delivery driver arrives with a Tesco branded Wok instead! No stock. I refused the item and was told it will be refunded automatically. 3 weeks later I noticed it hadn't. I had to make a phone call last night to get it done. No apology. My request for a good will gesture for my unpleasant experience declined. Never again will I use this brand.

Been trying for about two years now to get a fresh loaf! Absolutely impossible you would think that a large store like Tesco would be able to provide you with a fresh loaf, not so every delivery I get is the same that’s why I have decided to use Another store near us they have said that they can get fresh bread every day! So that’s good enough for me! Regards Vince.

I purchased the own brand Tesco dishwasher tablets. I have to advise that this is a really bad product. Despite washing my tea cups twice over there still was a stain left in them. The tablets also do not clean the dishes properly leaving debris. Please please forward this to your product department for constructive criticism. I switched to Finish Dishwasher tablets and what a massive difference. I would never go back to Tesco brand and would rather pay more. Very disappointed.

Beware ordering a meal deal online. One item was missing and consequently the savings you think you are going to get disappear. You do get some discount but nothing like you would have got had the items been available. Crazy thing was that the particular item they said they couldn't deliver was still showing as available Total savings on order as presented should have been £11.58. Actual savings £5.44 and minus the bottle of wine i ordered. Never again Tesco

Today the driver demanded me to go downstairs to help him carry my shopping. The reason I do online shopping is that I can't bring it upstairs myself. I clearly stated on my order, that I need the shopping to be carried to the second floor. So far the drivers were kindly bringing my shopping upstairs. Today's driver was very unpleasant. He said, he carried tones of staff already and he will have to call his manager. He never did, and brought the shopping up eventually, but the whole experience was humiliating. I don't feel I need to explain my medical issues...

Bought two chicken masala from Finest range which we found were not enjoyable. They were like the cheapest you could buy and ruined our Friday night curry night. I always thought that surely it had to be ok from Finest range but not true in this case. When I tried to complain I had no joy without taking packaging back. Couldn't as had been binned and covered with the curry sauce.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THAT THE STAFF WORKING AT THE STORE IN BALBY DONCASTER THINK THEY ARE IMMUNE FROM COVID 19 - WALKING CLOSELY TO CUSTOMERS WITH THE 2M GUIDELINE - HAPPILY SPREADING THE DISEASE FROM PERSON TO PERSON - WELL DONE TESCO YOU HAVE ONCE AGAIN GAVE ME REASON TO SHOP AT ALDI WHERE YOU CAN HAVE UNLIMITED CONTACTLESS AND NO REASON TO BE AFRAID TO SHOP BECAUSE OF THE UNEDUCATED - SELFISH - ARROGANT STAFF YOU EMPLOY ( SOME ARE NICE THOUGH )

I’ve just read a very similar review to mine, regarding fruit and veg. Mandarins and “sweet” easy peelers of such wide quality, ranging from acceptable to tasteless and even rotten. Grapes seemingly sold with no quality checks. Bought 2 packs of SA red recently, both covered with mould. Returned to the store, all that is offered is replacement. Far too much delivery produce close or even on final date when received and frequently in poor condition. I’ve given up with paying quality prices for sub standard food and will shop elsewhere. (After 30 years as a customer) One positive, staff at my local Tesco store In Kesgrave are lovely and very helpful and I will miss seeing them.

Out of date food, rotting fruit! Have had two deliveries in last couple of months having rarely ordered before - both with issues including: Items delivered that were already Out of date Rotting, mouldy orange and grapes Very short date eg bread with date for following day - couldn’t hope to eat whole loaf by then Dates of others were well before the advertised dates with the products on website Items ordered after closing night before were suddenly not available and yet I could still order all of them the following day when delivery arrived Know it’s a difficult time but it didn’t need to be this bad

My experience with Tesco’s Priority slots has been a Joke, Even though they took money in advance for delivery service for midweek slots I have been having as a loyal customer I am not sure about the legal situation on this matter but I feel Tesco’s have broken what I deemed to be a contract of delivery service. There are stores out there making far better efforts than Tesco’s during this crisis. I am by the way in the vulnerable category. That is just a little extra from me as you are only concerned with a big extra for your share holders. I saw your interview on BBC news today and saw mr Lewis saying he is aiming at reaching one point two million customers the interview was one big gloat. Tesco’s have really not got to grips at all with this crisis there are stores out there doing a much better job of it and I don’t need to be told by you to change

I am registered disabled and rely on my Tesco delivery service for my groceries. upper rate of mobility means just that. Tesco have completely abandoned the disabled and will not deliver to us. I live alone and have had a big F you from tesco. to say i am disgusted is an understatement. while i feel very sorry for people with cancer, unless this is what you have or respiratory problems you are not in need of delivery. when all this is over i think the loyal disabled customers will remember how we were treated

Like others on this site I too have shopped with Tesco for 40 years. We are all aware of the current crisis. Whilst you state that online delivery think before you click like anyone is going to take any notice. I'm in the vulnerable catagory that's why I have my groceries delivered. Can I get a slot not a chance. For all the loyal customers Tesco you have shown no loyalty to us who have already taken and paid for a delivery service. All you care about is how much money your taking and you don't care who from. This crisis will end and when it does a lot of your loyal customers will be shopping elsewhere.
