“THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO LETTERS POSTED TO THEM NOR DO THEY REPLY TO EMAILS. I NOW HAVE A SAINSBURY CREDIT CARD.”

“I have had Tesco mobile for some time now but I will be leaving when my contract comes to an end. The Mobile coverage is poor why I live and I am unable to get WiFi calling? This is why I will be leaving. I would not recommend them for that reason. There is no real excuse for them not providing it these days. Especially when they are on the O2 network!!! All other family members network providers offer WiFi calling.”

“I went to Tesco Chelmsford.I refuse to wear a mask as the goverment can’t produce the (virus) in an isolated form as their is no virus so was told to get out of the shop. Well to make someone wear a mask is a crime against humanity as it’s also known as a form of slavery. I am taking them on in the common law courts. All of these deep state connected companies must be removed off our earth. This is the universe God gave to us to enjoy and prosper and not under tyrant. See you in court”

“Absolutely appalling service. Driver did not turn up during booked delivery slot (£4.50). Did not even call me. Customer service could not get a hold of driver. CS then called the local store. CS then informed me that local store manager would call me to give me an update. I had a booked slot of 3-4pm. By 6pm, still no call from the driver or local store manager. I’d made my 4th call to CS after 6pm to cancel my order, which was obviously never going to arrive! I hadn’t used online shopping with Tesco’s in several years... this experience reminded why! Never again, no words to express the disgusting service from a well known nationwide store!!!”

“Have taken payment twice for the second time, Tesco blame the bank when it's their system taking and holding on to the second payment. This has been happening to people since 2019 so it's not a "glitch on the system" that they're "fixing".”

“Customer service is shocking,food is always close to use by date or over.Deliveries are a joke,trays they use are filthy and covered in mouldy fruit and veg.Often charge you twice for same delivery,that's if it is delivered.I could go on but I will never use this company again.Absolute shambles of a company.”

“Far to expensive to shop at. Farmfoods and Lidl are cheaper than Tesco. Every little helps. Think they need to change that to every little helps Tesco fill there pockets at our expense”

“I've shoped at tesco for over 14 years. But I don't have a club card. But recently I'm punished cos I have to pay more for my shopping now they have club card savings. I don't want a club card. I'm very disappointed. I went to morrisons over Christmas and bought all my shopping from them as I'm penalised at tesco cos I don't want a club card. From now on I will do all my shopping at morrisons. 14 years at tesco that's loyalty and no rewards thanks tesco. Hello morrisons.”

“purchased 3 boxes of forest luxury crackers at 7.50 for.6 crackers.per box what a load of rubbish worst crackers ever said indoor firework inside well no there was not said plastic gift inside no nothing at over a 1.00 each cracker and inside was a cardboard hanging thing and a rubbish what a con ..want my refunded complete rubbish I have had better in 3.00 a box with 12 inside complete con”

“Bought a Amazon gift card for my girlfriend from Tesco Trowbridge fit £150 and had problem with get the card redeem, so was told by Tesco Trowbridge I had to ring Amazon, which I did, Amazon checked the card and said there seem to be a problem with that specific gift card as the £150 has not gone anywhere ( to anyone account) and recommend I go back to Tesco ( they sent me an email as proof of the conversation I had with them& and only to be told by tesco they can not do anything. But was very happy in the first place to take my £150 of me. Now I gave list the money and gave got nothing to show for this. Plus the staff at tesco Trowbridge I found rude unhelpful, and girlfriend without her xmas present. Will never shop there again and will make sure everyone know about the bad service”

“For several weeks at weymouth Tesco couldn't get any of the offers without a clubcard so just get broccoli in there and go else where to shop, also Christmas music blasting out so people have to shout louder & risk spreading Corona viruses, same old songs we heard for the last 40+ years”

“Tesco store in Sandy. There is litter around the car park and along the road into Sandy. The store no longer stock Tesco Organic Whole Milk, Wright’s Cake Mix and many other items I used to buy regularly. I already shop at the Co-op for bread and mince pies. The quality is so much better.”

“Just purchased Tesco Leek & Potato soup. It didn’t taste of leek or potato. It was bland and dint taste of anything. Very disappointed and will certainly not buy this product again !”

“I used to shop at Tesco alfreton But since they started the new saver scheme found they are price hiking on most products went in for a 200gram Kenco coffee it was £4.00 a jar originally without discount card was charging £7.00 per jar, i was totally disgusted with this and left the store, went to Farm Foods Ripley and got 2 200gram jars Kenco for the price tesco charge for 1 jar, in my eyes they are price hiking to make up for there losses, I will shop at lidle and farm foods in future, they deserve to lose all there customers as i do not want a discount card, they are going down hill fast, M Newton”

“I shop in Tesco a lot, generally no problems. But today I bought UNWAXED lemons, and...they are waxed! ( Tesco in Gosport) That’s telling a lie to customers! I don’t mind paying more, but if on the tag is UNWAXED I want UNWAXED lemons! Don’t lie Tesco!”
