I ordered for a home delivery service and I booked the slot for between 21:00 to 22:00 . On the 19th July. I got a msg from Tesco driver saying that the food will be delivered late as there was a delay. But to my surprise the delivery driver was outside the house way before the promised time at 19:00 while I was not athome . And he leaves me with no option as he says that he couldn’t come later as he had passed his driving hours for the day. Such a shame he also said that it was Tesco’s failure in coordination which he too has experienced many a times.

Tesco have started its latest advertisement ploy by making people believe they are getting a better deal and cheaper prices by holding a clubcard or data card has i like to call them and they have victimized people who dont have a clubcard with price hikes i.e one price for the people who give tesco there data via the clubcard and one for the ones who dont sign up and give thier data basically daylight robbery for people who like to keep thier data private. The only problem ive seen through research is that the clubcard customer are not getting products cheaper but getting them at the same price has asda and all the other supermarkets take a packet of pringles club card customers can pay £1.50 for the snack yet people who dont want to sign up with tesco pay £2.50 now thats daylight robbery and also conning the loyal clubcard owners into believing that they are getting a cheaper deal when infact the are not.Your data is very valuable and they use this in more ways than one PLEASE BE CAREFULL

Can't get drivers, remember Doncaster 2011-2012. You made 180 drivers redundant and you now say you can't get drivers LOL. WHAT'S GO'S ROUND COMES ROUND just serves you right. Tescos now complaining that they can't get the CHEAP DRIVERS FROM EUROPE. I Bet the fat cats are still getting their big fat wages.

Went to do some shopping with my daughter, as always, I’ve bought a bottle of wine, with other stuffs, the lady asked me for a ID??? I really don’t look that young!!!! But I presented my driving license. And then she asked my daughter for an ID. I’ve explained why do my 16years old daughter needs to present an ID. I am the one buying, paying and drinking the wine, not my daughter, I will never give to my daughter any types of alcohol whatsoever!!! She said she can’t let me have the wine if I do not present a ID for my daughter. So I said ok. I had to leave the wine. Then I went again on Saturday, bought some wine again, I was with my 2 daughters, 8 and 16. No question asked, no ID asked just payed and went home!!!!!! Another thing!!! I started to put my shopping on, the cashier told me … “no, no, I am not taking any more trolley” so I said ok and went to next one, 30 seconds later, a couple started to put their shopping on, she never said anything to them, let them and continue to work as usual and kept looking at me, like I’ve done something wrong!!!!!!! Now I will go to Tesco only if I am desperate. It looks like they don’t like my head ☹️ Not sure what I’ve done wrong!!!!

Bought a mobile phone online by tesco. Waited in for delivery(states twice on dispatch) and the delivery man said they have been and no one was in ,when we were. Back door open and windows. Couier running late and went without knocking but took a picture of my gate(fly by delivery). Tesco are willing to take money for the phone, went through straight away but now when we cancelled item due poor delivery, it will take 4/5 days to get my money back. Lack of service, beware buying. Now I am without a phone due to their service on all areas.Tesco is very happy to take your money, but once item has gone through their door they are not interested on what happens next.

Too many announcements about masks and social distancing. Like we havent heard enough of this for over a year. Too much cleaning happening, which is known the chemical particles are extremely bad for health. Overall experience a nightmare.

Do not waste your money on Tesco Fish pie ! After a failed attempt to purchase a delicious Lidl fish pie I called by a local Tesco express and decided to give there’s a try. Wished now I’d not bothered ! Lidl fish pie is tasty packed with salmon prawns and cod in a cheesy sauce with a layer of spinach it’s scrummy! Visually the Tesco pie doesn’t look too dis-similar, however the quality is so poor ! It should be labelled as tasteless mash potato with 2 pieces of fish ! There was 2 cubes of fish white sauce - very bland and nothing else other than a thick layer of mash ! Very disappointing the price was approximately the same but no comparison!! Don’t buy Tesco fish pie it’s rubbish ! Lidl one is delicious!!

They used the disaster Covid to make more money, Two times I mad a home deliver orders worth £100 each because they have the 100 pack gloves, but I never receive any thing, if you don't have them on the stock why you show that you have a quantity when people replace there orders online? Last time I replaced two packs to my order but arrived without any,,,

Quality, Quality, Quality, it is so sad to see after being a club card member and avid supporter for so many years, that Quality has totally disappeared. I now shop in Waitrose where quality is far superior, it wasn't always, here are some examples From Formby Tesco, fresh meat counter closed, I appreciated there sirloin steak, before it was taken away, chicken breasts where of good quality until a inferior mix started to sneak in ?. Today I visited Tesco for the first time in a while just to purchase Tesco's finest cooked prawns, alas there where none there. I like to cook, but so many meals have been spoilt by inferior products, it won't happen again. The only plus I can find in this store, is the quality in the staff, especially from the fish and meat counter as well as cooked meats, tills where also excellent, it is such a shame compared to waitrose staff who are in all honesty, inferior to the employees at Formby Tesco. Yours no longer.

Hand a weekly shop at Tesco Mereway on Friday 2nd April 2021. No trolleys in sight also had to queue for the sheer volume of shoppers. Easter weekend was bound to be busy with lockdown slowly easing. Why could they not put more staff on? Queues at the tills as they weren't all open this was manned and self service. The staff that were there were hanging about the aisles chatting. Also I know online shopping is a big part of your business but their trolleys block the aisles constantly please think about the customers who just want to get their shopping done!! Bad

One of the worst things possible when buying food is to find a hair in it! Tesco at Morrisons petrol station Northampton, I purchased a sandwich and bit into it and pulled out a 20cm long strand of hair! PATHETIC!!!! YOU SHOULD FIND THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE AND FIRE THEM! I have photos but can't seem to add them here

Had an order due for delivery yesterday, we're having to self isolate due to a medical procedure and the shopping never turned up. Rang customer services who couldn't care less or let me know what was going on. Now we have to run the gauntlet and go to the better store Asda. I'm shocked at how disgusting Tesco's have been in this instance. Don't order anything online from these idiots

Please be aware when purchasing Tesco Yorkshire trays after two uses the nonstick attaches it's self to the pudding and we all know this contains cancerous elements in.

Constantly deliver to our back door despite instructions to the opposite. We have a front door, its accessed via a concrete driveway and carpark, it has doors to the houses around us, you can, you'know DRIVE to it, for us its helpful as it enters our kitchen. All the other delivery people consistently come to it. Tesco people, maybe they are using an especially cheap subscription to post office's address lookups or use phenomenally inaccurate GPS, but for whatever reason, they - every time - come to our back door, which involves trapsing down a tiny passage from a garden gate, through another gate, across a slippery lawn, obliterating our flowerbeds as they do so, to then deliver to the WRONG DOOR. Its not like I want deliveries to come to a servants entrance, firstly we rent a pretty tiny 2 bed single storey, secondly it really is very much the back door that they insist on coming to! We now only use tesco if we really cant get a slot from other companies for this one reason - their selection of food and prices are okay, but they get our custom only in global pandemics and only then when the other delivery shops cant give us a slot just because of this one, inexplicable failure to locate THE FRONT OF OUR HOUSE.
