Navigating through this website is worse than 3g, So slow! So I eventually tally upy shipping to £24. 84 hence £5 for delivery - so I thought! Only to be told for 'baskets' under £40, that would cost me an additional £4! So nearly a tenna for a £20 shop? Not thankyou. I'll be taking other reviewers advice and trying Asda instead. Disgusting charges Tesco. What a waste of an hour!

I go shopping with a pack back on my back and use it to put all my frozen items in, I did my shopping ans used the self service tills as usual i had a bottle of beer in my back pack so they've said I've stole it, I hadn't I don't steel it really up set me, that they accused me of stealing, anyway that was that so I went in afew weeks later so I thought are leave my bag with a tesco employee I then went to do my shopping I've got to the self service check out and my bags gone so I said Where's my bag he said, ho it was dangerous where it was, although we had agreed I could leave it there and it was out the way and safe but other staff had taken it and rooted through it, there was 3 bottles in it from a 4 pack of bottled corona to which they accused me of stealing again I said where I purchased them, they found out they was brought else where, no apology or anything near, it's discusting how they've treated me, they can follow me, watch me till the cows come home, it's the fact they've accused me of stealing, it's really up set me. No apology or anything once they realised I hadn't stole from there. They was horrible, we're watching you I got, discusting, horrible, it's really destroyed my head how they treated me. I don't pinch, they had a BAD ATTITUDE, NO APOLOGY, IT'S REALLY UPSET ME

Disgraceful company who can't fulfill online orders despite taking money, showing stock, arranging a date and time of collection, then when the customer turns up in good faith as I did today after a 10 mile round trip, turn round and tell me they can't fulfill or honour the order because they have no stock!!!! I'd also queued ages with panic buying petrol idiots who blocked all access points to the store! What a shamble Tesco have become. I just hope I get my money back. Checked the order status online on Tesco's website and it says it's collected lol. Shambles. Do not order anything online from these cowboys.

Worst website, incredibly agonizingly slow. I have lost my slot due to the ridiculously slow unresponsive website. 2 hours of wading in treacle trying to remove items to comply with the limit, each item freezes and crashes the site when you try to remove it. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time for NOTHING.

Terrible terrible Tesco. Waiting over 30 days for card! Very high in shop prices, unless you have Tesco Clubcard! Now requested it but had to contact three times as their system is crooked and sent to wrong address or didn’t send at all! Waitrose has better prices and they gave me digital card as soon as requested saving plastic, post, and Not Making Excuses

Absolutely fuming. The delivery decided not to bother turning up. The items on my order were things I needed for the kids for the morning. Don't think I will be trusting Tesco again in future. Probably go back to Asda.

I ordered for a home delivery service and I booked the slot for between 21:00 to 22:00 . On the 19th July. I got a msg from Tesco driver saying that the food will be delivered late as there was a delay. But to my surprise the delivery driver was outside the house way before the promised time at 19:00 while I was not athome . And he leaves me with no option as he says that he couldn’t come later as he had passed his driving hours for the day. Such a shame he also said that it was Tesco’s failure in coordination which he too has experienced many a times.

Tesco have started its latest advertisement ploy by making people believe they are getting a better deal and cheaper prices by holding a clubcard or data card has i like to call them and they have victimized people who dont have a clubcard with price hikes i.e one price for the people who give tesco there data via the clubcard and one for the ones who dont sign up and give thier data basically daylight robbery for people who like to keep thier data private. The only problem ive seen through research is that the clubcard customer are not getting products cheaper but getting them at the same price has asda and all the other supermarkets take a packet of pringles club card customers can pay £1.50 for the snack yet people who dont want to sign up with tesco pay £2.50 now thats daylight robbery and also conning the loyal clubcard owners into believing that they are getting a cheaper deal when infact the are not.Your data is very valuable and they use this in more ways than one PLEASE BE CAREFULL

Can't get drivers, remember Doncaster 2011-2012. You made 180 drivers redundant and you now say you can't get drivers LOL. WHAT'S GO'S ROUND COMES ROUND just serves you right. Tescos now complaining that they can't get the CHEAP DRIVERS FROM EUROPE. I Bet the fat cats are still getting their big fat wages.

Went to do some shopping with my daughter, as always, I’ve bought a bottle of wine, with other stuffs, the lady asked me for a ID??? I really don’t look that young!!!! But I presented my driving license. And then she asked my daughter for an ID. I’ve explained why do my 16years old daughter needs to present an ID. I am the one buying, paying and drinking the wine, not my daughter, I will never give to my daughter any types of alcohol whatsoever!!! She said she can’t let me have the wine if I do not present a ID for my daughter. So I said ok. I had to leave the wine. Then I went again on Saturday, bought some wine again, I was with my 2 daughters, 8 and 16. No question asked, no ID asked just payed and went home!!!!!! Another thing!!! I started to put my shopping on, the cashier told me … “no, no, I am not taking any more trolley” so I said ok and went to next one, 30 seconds later, a couple started to put their shopping on, she never said anything to them, let them and continue to work as usual and kept looking at me, like I’ve done something wrong!!!!!!! Now I will go to Tesco only if I am desperate. It looks like they don’t like my head ☹️ Not sure what I’ve done wrong!!!!

Bought a mobile phone online by tesco. Waited in for delivery(states twice on dispatch) and the delivery man said they have been and no one was in ,when we were. Back door open and windows. Couier running late and went without knocking but took a picture of my gate(fly by delivery). Tesco are willing to take money for the phone, went through straight away but now when we cancelled item due poor delivery, it will take 4/5 days to get my money back. Lack of service, beware buying. Now I am without a phone due to their service on all areas.Tesco is very happy to take your money, but once item has gone through their door they are not interested on what happens next.
