“""If I could have given no stars I would have. Ordered good to be delivered to Caterham Store - go to the store to collect and its not there! I spoke with Tesco Direct who told me that the item had been delivered but had not been checked in - ie - its gone missing - STOLEN!! The only thing can say about it is 'I appreciate your comments, but its out of our control'. Then I was asked if I wanted to order another one but no guarantees that it would be at the store. A refund was requested and I have to wait 5 days for the money. What a crap service from what is meant to be a reputable company - will not be bothering with Tesco Direct again and would certainly urge others to avoid at all costs. Seems that missing goods really doesn't matter to them!”

“The website proved to be a little troublesome & I wasn't able to use my Tesco vouchers as the products on line were from a company endorsed by Tesco which annoyed me a little! The items have however arrived on time with free delivery.”

“""Oh dear went to Tesco to get some Dettol Mould and Mildew spray but had to buy Tesco's own as the Dettol one was not available...... I totally wasted my money as it had no effect on the mould in a corner of my bathroom so guess what I will be buying today - the Dettol Mould and Mildew which works within 30 minutes of spray, totally dissolves the mould.”

“""Tesco Astley - On Saturday I called in for some shopping and noticed that the large white Comfort was obviously sold out from the shelves due to the 50% off special offer......as I normally buy this product I asked a shop assistant and she immediately said she would find out if there was any in the back and if so would ask someone to put some out. Not only did she do that but she actually picked up two and wandered the aisles until she found me......now that is service*****”

“there is enough choice to choose from, the staff are usually helpful and pleasant and they now stock healthier options of food and have tried to cover all bases, so hats off to them”
