“I went to your store in Church Langley and completed my shopping, found the staff to be friendly as normal. Returned to my car and found that i had a dead battery so it wouldn't start. Returned to the store and asked the lady at the customer service counter if there was anyone who could help to start my car with theirs (I didn't think there would be anyone, but it was worth a try). She managed to find a member of staff, Michael Bird, who brought his car over to mine and helped start the car. I offered Michael some money to thank him and his response was "No money necessary, we are here to help at Tesco." Michael, and the lady at the customer service counter are a real credit to your company.”

“Was having trouble finding a bra size and 2 young ladies came to help me. It took a while they both went through all the bras to see if they had that size. Unfortunately the size was not there and we laughed as they said they have never been through so many bras lol”

“On 20th Sept I went to tesco mobile phone department located in Newry Co-Down.I was looked after by Stephen,he was patient,kind,knew his job and was very considerate.Stephen is an asset to your company and deserves to be recognised for his professionalism.”

“Member of staff working at till chewing gum with mouth open. Not the first time this has happened in this store. Made comment to her. No reaction or apology, nor removal of gum. Disgusting that someone dealing with food products can chew gum while working.”

“I must say, after reading the reviews I was expecting things not to run so smoothly but I am delighted with the customer service of Tesco direct Scotland. I bought a couch & arm chair for our new house at a full price, when the next day the sale came into place making each of these half price, I called up and received a refund of half of the money back with no hassle what so ever(wish I could remember the lady's name). I have also just phoned up & spoke to Clark because I have not yet recieved a delivery date for my couch, who phoned the courier straight away and got back to me within 10 minutes to let me know what was happening. I hope the delivery goes as well as this.”

“Ordered a hand mixer online. Was able to get free click and collect from the Tesco right next door to work which was very handy and it was available after only 2 days so was pleased with the service and pleased with the product and price.”

“Garlic and herb spatchcock chicken was vile. Worst chicken I've ever tasted. Hard to pinpoint but something with the seasoning blend and strength that completely overwhelms the meat....the label said it was chicken but could have been any white meat.”
