The Tesco supermarket is a great shop in general, in particular the Tesco Mobile colleagues - it feels amazing knowing that sales people are so genuine and have the ability to make you feel like you are a friend.

I bought my sons school uniform from tesco and with my money off vouchers only paid £3 for the lot, i got 2 jumpers and 2 packs of 2 t shirts. Im very happy woth my purchase

Ordered ONE item a week ago and has still not arrived. Shocking service! Called to chases them up but was left waiting to revive a call about my order, but surprise surprise no return call to give me a update on my ONE ITEM. Wouldn't suggest anyone to order off these amateurs

We ordered two sets of the Denby dinner service from Tesco direct whilst it was on offer. It was too good to pass by. When it arrived, one of the dinner plates was broken. We rang Tesco Direct, and their response was very good. They first checked to see if they could replace it - but had none in stock. So they then checked at all our nearby stores to see if they could find a replacement - but there were none in stock. So within an hour of us ringing them with the problem, they rang back and offered us a £10 voucher to go online to Denby's website and buy a replacement dinner plate (which was only worth under £5). We are very impressed with the quick and thorough service thanks Tesco.

We purchased an outdoor table and chairs in the autumn and stored it safely inside a shed over the winter and upon getting it out the following spring the furniture had developed holes in the rattan which were unsightly and unexplained. I sent them photographic evidence which proved that it was a faulty material and many emails but to no avail. Nobody wanted to help it was suggested it might be poor storage over the winter or caused by vermin but these were excuses as it was evident it was definitely a manufacturing fault plus I knew it was not what they suggested and I reiterated this. They collected the set to get it checked by the manufacturers and guess what, they said it wasn't their fault. I was left without the furniture as I didn't want it returned ( they said I would have to pay to get it sent back) it was unsightly so I got another similar set from greenfingers whose customer service is excellent and could teach tesco directs customer service dept a thing or two. So I was left without the furniture and £240.00 light. I received zero support from tesco direct and the same treatment from clever boxes ( the company I actually got it from but via tesco direct website). So I will never buy from these companies ever again. So beware if u have to contact them for any issues after purchase.

Brighouse Tesco Pharmacy and all it's staff- you're all wasted hidden away in such a minuscule spot of the store. Never in my life have I experienced such kindness, consideration and professionalism, your level of customer care is fantastic. Every time I pick up my monthly prescriptions I am met by friendly, polite and prompt staff who truly go above and beyond their job role in an effort to provide a helpful, welcoming service. I recently had my prescriptions mixed up by my doctor and by the time I reached the pharmacy I was very stressed and sore after a recent C-section. Mo and one of the women there, came out, kindly sat me down and rang the doctors for me, sorted the medication and then even offered to go and pick it up for me. I was truly humbled by their care and genuine drive to assist in any way possible. I hope this review helps you on your way to getting the recognition you all deserve. Thank you Brighouse Tesco Pharmacy, I will be a lifelong customer!

I have shopped at Tesco for many years they used to provide good quality at a reasonable price. Sadly that's no longer my experience. I find the prices rising dramatically in some cases and the quality of fresh goods often borders on the unacceptable. I was also shocked to find that the store managers have little or no say in which goods are stocked and are powerless to continue certain food items even though they sell fairly well in their particular shop, if the "powers that be" decide to stop stocking an item. Tesco may have good buying power but their greed for a profit seems to blind them to quality I find that really sad as I always found Tesco superior to other similar supermarkets..

I like the range musrom selection and livers and other offle , there's helpful staff and I like that you can get there club card as a 3D bar code tag thing to save carrying more cards around. I don't like that staff are made to ask if I need help with my packing though as I obviously don't look like I need help and I'm not exactly slow.

I recommended Tesco delivery to my disabled farther.when shopping arrived the driver refused to ware shoe protectors as was raining and wet out side and my farther not long moved into his adapted bungalow and had all new flooring laid. The driver said it was like working in a hospital and said they wouldn't fit. He left my farther shopping at the front door. My farther has had several strokes and has difficulty even walking with his walking aids as also has limited use of his right arm and hand. He has carers in three times a day to help with his day to day choirs and carnt be guaranteed to be there when the shopping arrives. I'm so disgusted and upset as Monday is the one day I get off work myself and I have two children so was trying to free a little time for me. I have my shopping delivered weekly from Tesco and have never had any mager issues with there service. It is disgusting how my vulnerable disabled farther has been treated and I'm not happy.
