Ordered a chest of drawers on 22nd Sept for next day express delivery. Two weeks later to date 5.10.17 it still has not arrived. They tried to deliver it 2 days later but didn't inform me so I was out, so delivered it to the post office. I had to collect it but one half was missing.!When I opened the package 2 of 2 part of this chest there were scratches. I was advised to discard of this part and they will put a new order through on the following Sat which I should get on the Monday. Of course it didn't arrive and still hadn't two weeks later. I call every day and although the staff seem helpful they can never resolve and get the chest delivered. I was informed the chest that was re ordered the information wasn't received at the wearhouse so wasn't picked and so far I have no other information. This is appalling service and for such a big company am suprised that this is how customers are treated. Any advice on what to do next would be helpful. Don't think my item will ever arrive even though Tesco have my money. Desperate

I took my daughter to the pharmacy with a prescription from the hospital,( she’s type 1 diabetic), unfortunately it was wrong, however the pharmacist working went above & beyond to help resolve the situation by speaking to doctors & 111 until it was sorted & he could give my daughter the prescription she urgently needed. Thank you so so much!!

Today I went to the Tesco store on the Stratford road next to notcutts garden centre and unfortunately my 19month old son became very poorly during my visit and I had to have an ambulance called out. I can not say how grateful I am to the members of Tesco team that looked after me and my little boy the whole time! I was a very emotional worried mother and they literally bent over backwards to support me and care for us both. I can’t tell you how thankful to these people I am, I will defiantly be a regular shopper to this store and I would like to send all my gratitude to them and there team. U were outstanding and I will forever be in your debt thank you so so much.

My online delivery did not arrive. Had a missed call from a number that did not leave a message, called it back twice, no answer. Tesco advised they could not find my address although they had delivered to me previously. Won't be using them again.

They stick to what they say they're going to do. No hassle and items are delivered when they're supposed to be. Can't ask for much more.

Prices have reduced over the last couple of years and now very competitive. The think I hate, which is obviously deliberate, is the pricing policy on vegetables, for instance one type of bananna priced by the kilo the one next priced individually etc.etc. Peter Jones

The customer service in my local Tesco is very good, staff are polite and help you out best they can, and prices are ok on no frills stuff but also branded stuff is ok too.

I order regularly from Tesco grocery using their Click and Collect service. It's not very often that I have any problems, the order is 95% of the time at the collection point and when it hasn't been and I have complained, they have given me a voucher as way of apology. My orders are substituted and often a reasonable option, which you can always reject if you don't want it. It saves me a lot of time doing my shopping this way and I am very happy with it.

Very simple easy to use unlike the GAME website I tried to order from and failed with constant errors so in the end I decided to go with tesco to preorder fifa 18 and was done in seconds!

The Tesco supermarket is a great shop in general, in particular the Tesco Mobile colleagues - it feels amazing knowing that sales people are so genuine and have the ability to make you feel like you are a friend.

I bought my sons school uniform from tesco and with my money off vouchers only paid £3 for the lot, i got 2 jumpers and 2 packs of 2 t shirts. Im very happy woth my purchase

Ordered ONE item a week ago and has still not arrived. Shocking service! Called to chases them up but was left waiting to revive a call about my order, but surprise surprise no return call to give me a update on my ONE ITEM. Wouldn't suggest anyone to order off these amateurs

We ordered two sets of the Denby dinner service from Tesco direct whilst it was on offer. It was too good to pass by. When it arrived, one of the dinner plates was broken. We rang Tesco Direct, and their response was very good. They first checked to see if they could replace it - but had none in stock. So they then checked at all our nearby stores to see if they could find a replacement - but there were none in stock. So within an hour of us ringing them with the problem, they rang back and offered us a £10 voucher to go online to Denby's website and buy a replacement dinner plate (which was only worth under £5). We are very impressed with the quick and thorough service thanks Tesco.
