“I am completely in love with the jackets I brought my children for school, but I am appalled by the fact that upon leaving for school my daughter put her hood up and to my surprise there was a security tag, that had to be removed.”

“A member of staff helped me to immediatelly find goods and helped fill my trolley, which made for a good speedy shopping trip. (Am disabled and on crutches). Would recommend this store which is spacious and clean.”

“I ordered online and only got 1 substitute which i accepted.The delivery was on time and the man was very helpful.The only negative was that a few cans were dinted but after a quick call to customer services I was refunded for them.”

“I ordered a projector screen from Tesco direct. They delivered it to a different address without informing me, no note, no email, nothing. After making a lot of phone calls (their customer service is appalling) they refused to send the package to my address unless I payed and re-ordered it and refused to give me a refund. Disgusting company. AVOID!”

“Where is the 5p carrier bags from tesco which is based in Flitwick,Bedfordshire? I bought some things in there and had to carry them in my hands, and i couldn't see any 10p bags hanging around, even self checkout counter asks if i want to pay 10p for a bag? What the...? So i took all in hands ant on the way back to car i dropped most of my things i bought... that is very nice Tesco. Thanks!”

“I bought a phone in February, it stopped working in September, I was offered a repair which I didn't want. The Tesco guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on. Despite buying from Tesco they say my guarantee isn't with Tesco but with their supplier - doesn't say this on any of their paperwork. I will never buy anything from Tesco again, they conceal their terms and conditions and are not interested in the customer at all.”
