“I must say, after reading the reviews I was expecting things not to run so smoothly but I am delighted with the customer service of Tesco direct Scotland. I bought a couch & arm chair for our new house at a full price, when the next day the sale came into place making each of these half price, I called up and received a refund of half of the money back with no hassle what so ever(wish I could remember the lady's name). I have also just phoned up & spoke to Clark because I have not yet recieved a delivery date for my couch, who phoned the courier straight away and got back to me within 10 minutes to let me know what was happening. I hope the delivery goes as well as this.”

I previously wrote a complaint about his lack of customer centricity and his management style (Hitler) on a separate occasion.
On 15/09 He decides to follow me - wants to make his presence felt around me ie approaches me then turns around and walks away.
That tantamounts to harrassment.
If you cannot take feedback- then you shouldn't be stand in nor store manager.
Next time. I will write to CEO.”

I highly recommend as delivery is usually fast (we use free click & collect to our local Tesco store) products are generally competitively priced AND should u experience an issue, you can contact them & they deal with your issue there & then and have previously sent replacements and collected items that I had issues with. Really great customer service and I trust them to sort out an issue out which will always assure that I keep using!”
