“""Tesco Astley - On Saturday I called in for some shopping and noticed that the large white Comfort was obviously sold out from the shelves due to the 50% off special offer......as I normally buy this product I asked a shop assistant and she immediately said she would find out if there was any in the back and if so would ask someone to put some out. Not only did she do that but she actually picked up two and wandered the aisles until she found me......now that is service*****”

“"" The manager was very rude when I ask her about the £5 bag, why it's more expensive now ,we were in holiday for 4 months and we didn't know about that .so she could explain nicely and politely that tha Government had changed it , as a " Manager" what example give to the staff by behaved on this manners??”

“As a regular customer I have never had to make a complaint until recently when there was a couple of problems with my home shopping delivery. I wrote an email explaining the problem and Tesco were brilliant. They responded quickly and called me to apologise. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and very apologetic. The items I complained about were refunded immediately and they also emailed me a voucher to use on my next shop. I haven't received such good customer service in a long time and although I was disappointed at the problems I had, the way they resolved it put me at ease and restored my faith in the company and I continue to be a regular customer.”

“Needed to upgrade my laptop, got myself a Lenovo 2 In 1 tablet/ Mini PC, price was less than other well known stores, overall a bargain & a great piece of kit. Fully satisfied, well done Tesco.”

“Just tried 2 x tesco stores for an item that is on an offer there was none on shelves and in both stores it was a bother to the staff to see if there was any more or when they were back in stock. Poor service thanks Tesco”

“""Only putting 1 star just to leave a comment. Ordered a parcel for click and collect driver delivered it to a wrong store called and they don't know where it is. Women reordered and I told her don't deliver to store deliver to my home address since driver will just get it wrong again. She promised me next day and still not here waiting. Rubbish”
