I spoke with Tesco Direct who told me that the item had been delivered but had not been checked in - ie - its gone missing - STOLEN!! The only thing can say about it is 'I appreciate your comments, but its out of our control'. Then I was asked if I wanted to order another one but no guarantees that it would be at the store. A refund was requested and I have to wait 5 days for the money. What a crap service from what is meant to be a reputable company - will not be bothering with Tesco Direct again and would certainly urge others to avoid at all costs. Seems that missing goods really doesn't matter to them!”

I totally wasted my money as it had no effect on the mould in a corner of my bathroom so guess what I will be buying today - the Dettol Mould and Mildew which works within 30 minutes of spray, totally dissolves the mould.”
