“i ordered a bed and a sofa bed from your company wed site and when i received the goods they where damaged and unfit for purpose a total disgrace that you and your third party are sending goods to people in such a appalling state.under the consumers right act this has clearly been breached as no one should receive items in such a appalling condition i have rang your customer services that quite frankly don;t relay care as i had no call back from them just a woman from your third party supplier saying we will pick it up Tuesday as it is bank holiday weekend disgusting service”

“Made an order from Tesco direct item was in stock but come the day of delivery it not in stock phone Tesco and outdoor camping and they just blamed each other like kids and have cost me money will never use for groceries or anything I feel cheated by Tesco stay clear causes unwanted stress”

“I was blown away yesterday with how helpful and kind the staff were, I was shopping with my screaming 2 month old daughter and staff were at my aid instantly, the store manager asked if I was ok and to let him know if I needed anything and then I had staff unpack and pack my shopping allowing me to hug my baby calming her!! I couldn't have done it without them!!!”

“Tesco is fine for in store shopping but on line a different story. Dreadful unuser friendly site. Need to learn lessons from the likes of Amazon. Fast lost the will to live trying to place a simple order. For example I searched for a piece of furniture and it defaults to groceries thus not found. Got there eventually but then paying was another horror story. Phoned customer services as post code not found out it needs to be all in lower case. WHAT? Very poor and inefficient. Come on Tesco. Get your act together. The competition beats you hands down”
