“I bought a satnav online a month ago, it completely stopped working and with no receipt or original packaging, I thought there was no way I'd be able to return it. Terry at customer service was so helpful, put me through to the correct dept on a freephone number and Stuart arranged to swap the faulty product the very next day, either in store or to my home. You can't beat that kind of customer service!! Thank you”

“I cant seem to find a complaints service on Tesco's website however ill just post it here in hope they will see it. I brought a toaster from their store in Bethnal green and when I brought it home to my new apartment its fuse broke. should I call customer service and tell them about my experience or return it to the store ?”

“Every single time I find some products on my receipt being charged at higher price than displayed the shelf. I don't have time to go back to the store to make things right for myself. And what's the point of club card if I've never ever benefited from it in any way. The only reason I'm still using Tesco is that it seem to be the least popular supermarket so it's never overcrowded like their competitors. You can find better prices in Asda, Aldi & Lidl.”

“The order, a Cannon lens, was left under the front of a car parked on the drive. Order conformation stipulated the item should be signed for upon delivery. This information was obviously not passed on. This expensive item could easily have been damaged/taken.”

“Tesco does not deliver orders! I have the Delivery Saver plan and pay Tesco for delivery. Last week Tesco has not delivered my order and did not inform me in advance (did not informed me at all). Tesco also refused to explain why the order was not delivered and refused to stop the Delivery Saver plan and refund the money that I paid for delivery (that Tesco has not made)! I am very disappointed, taking into account the previous accident with Tesco driver Ron who rejected to deliver my order to my flat and asked me to do it, and than said me "Move your a*ss" and was rude to my children.”
